Surrounded by a colourful flowers with fragrant scents, the enclosed paved courtyard garden is home to an outdoor table with parasol and seating for six, plus a charcoal barbecue. Two old butler sinks now house herb gardens which guests are welcome to make use of, and within the outhouse there is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 7 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 6. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic)
Allocated off-street parking is available for 1 car, and if required, further on-street parking is available close by
1 travel cot, 1 highchair and 2 stair gates are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Little Mullions has a lovely courtyard garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 23:00
