The Space:
Upon entering Clearwell Gardens, youâll be wowed by the modern and bright feel which flows throughout the property. Youâll notice the impeccable interiors as soon as you step into the hallway as youâre welcomed by stylish wooden flooring and clean, minimalist walls.
Take the first door to the left and youâll find the kitchen. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker and washing machine â so youâll have everything you could need for your stay, whether you are staying with us for three days or three weeks.
The living space is the perfect place to enjoy quality time with friends and family. Relax on the large, sofas and switch on the flat screen TV to enjoy the perks of Freeview. Light floods in from the glass double doors overlooking the picturesque garden. The large dining table is perfect for family breakfasts and evening meals with friends. In the summer, you can open the doors and let the warm breeze in. In the winter months, youâll feel cosy and warm as the dark nights draw closer.
Outside you'll find an enclosed, maintenance-free garden with terrace and outside lighting.
Head back to the hallway and youâll find a modern downstairs WC.
Upstairs on the first floor, youâll be greeted by two beautifully furnished bedrooms as well as the main bathroom.
The master bedroom is a stylish haven with two windows showcasing garden views and a super-king bed. The denim-blue colour scheme is complemented perfectly by the white bedside tables and contemporary lamps. This room also boasts a modern en-suite bathroom which includes a large walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, featuring a double bed, also has modern features and maintains the same stunning aesthetic as the rest of the house. A striking mirror sits to the side of the comfy bed. Personal pictures, premium bed linen and plush cushions help to make this room feel cosy and relaxing.
The main bathroom features a deep bath, overhead shower and clean white tiles, as well as a large decorative mirror.
Upstairs on the second floor, youâll find two more spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms boast sloped ceilings and skylight windows, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in. Each room has a comfortable super-king bed which can be split into twin beds upon request, as well as a desk/dressing table for guests to use.

Guests have access to the full property.
The keys to Clearwell Gardens are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.
There is one dedicated parking space allocated to the property. Additional vehicles can be parked in the visitor spaces (first come, first served basis) or on the street outside. There is no charge for parking.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Clearwell Gardens per reservation. Please request on booking. Any damages, or additional cleaning, will be chargeable.
