The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Lakeside House has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy, the owners just ask that you are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties and that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm
