A truly exceptional country estate located in Highwood, Chelmsford, set within a peaceful countryside neighbourhood close to Loves Green.
Surrounded by six acres of private landscaped grounds, this elegant residence blends countryside charm with modern comfort, offering peace, privacy, and space to unwind. Ideal for family gatherings, executive stays, longer rentals, or special occasions.

đ Eight bedrooms in total, with multiple bathrooms and WCs across the estate.
Bedroom Layout
- The main house has two double bedrooms located on the ground floor.
- Upstairs in the main house, there are five bedrooms. Four contain double beds, and one includes a double bed along with an additional single bed.
- The annexe contains one double bedroom on the first floor.
- All bedrooms comfortably sleep two guests, with one bedroom accommodating three guests. Using the bedrooms alone, the property can sleep up to seventeen guests in proper beds.

- There is an L-shaped sofa bed in the games room which sleeps two guests.
- Four Jackson fold-out sofa beds are available, each sleeping one guest.
- In the annexe living room, there is a sofa suitable for one guest. Please note this is not a sofa bed.
- Sofa beds are positioned throughout the property in living areas or bedrooms and may be moved to suit your groupâs needs.
The maximum sleeping capacity across the estate is twenty-four guests, using a combination of beds and sofa beds.

- The main house features a grand entrance hall, a triple-aspect dining room opening directly onto the gardens, and a bespoke kitchen, breakfast, and family room with handcrafted cabinetry and a central island.
- The main living room includes a Fire TV, allowing guests to stream their own content.
- The games room features a pool table and table tennis combination, dart board, Mortal Kombat x Supreme arcade machine, and a Fire TV for streaming.
- The landscaped grounds include formal courtyards, lavender-lined pathways, and expansive lawns.
- Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor fire pits, as well as an outdoor hot tub which will be heated and ready for use during your stay.
- A detached gym and annexe building includes bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, along with kitchen and bathroom facilities.
- The stables are not in use and are used for storage only. They are locked and inaccessible to guests.
