Bienvenue à la Sandy Wine House! Nous sommes la maison de vacances idéale Chelan.

Sandy Wine est le plan d'origine de Chelan. Confortablement dormir 13 personnes, avec trois chambres et trois et un bain quart. Confortable avec une sensation d'ouverture, il est parfait pour l'escapade de votre famille au lac.

Assis au sommet de Porcupine Lane, nous étions la deuxième maison construite et la première
vrais propriétaires au belvédère. Notre maison est à deux pas de la piscine extérieure, du bain à remous et de notre lieu de prédilection… le terrain de balle BOCCE. Sandy Wine se trouve à seulement 50 pas du foyer extérieur, de la cheminée, du terrain de jeu de cornichons, de l’aire de jeux pour enfants et du parc Lookout. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur notre terrasse enveloppante avec des chaises Adirondack et savourez un verre de vino tout en regardant des couchers de soleil incroyables.

Les chiens ne sont pas autorisés à Sandy Wine. Bien que cette maison n’accepte pas les animaux de compagnie, l’animal du propriétaire reste parfois dans cette maison.

La communauté Lookout s'agrandit et il peut y avoir des activités de construction pendant votre séjour. Les heures de construction varient selon la saison mais se situent entre 7h00 et 15h00. m. - 6h00 p. m. en semaine et à 8h00 a. m. - 4h30 p. m. les weekends. S'il vous plaît contacter Lookout Cottage Rentals à pour toutes questions ou préoccupations. Remarque: Il n'y aura pas de construction les fins de semaine pendant les mois d'été.

I fully appreciate how well stocked the kitchen is. Also comes with many amenities as described. My friends and I really are amazed of our stay overall and had a great time. Would highly recommend for any groups of 10!

The location and neighborhood of this home is wonderful!

Great location, great neighborhood. The bonus was the wrap around porch. The master bedroom and bath were nice. Kitchen was a bit small and the bonus room was small. It technically sleeps 10 but it’s a bit tight for 10 adults. We made it work and had a lovely time!

This home was comfortable and furnished so nicely. Plenty of room for everyone. 3 full bathrooms!!!! The pool facility, shuttle service to the beach, and so many other things made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was a consensus that we will return!

Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at Rest Day - great option for 2 families, steps from the pool and play area, easy shuttle ride down to marina to play and jet ski, grilled burgers, chilled in the hot tub and relaxed as much as 2 families with 4 little kids can relax in Chelan! Only 1 suggestion: Find some smaller arm chairs for the living room (those giant arm chairs took up a lot of space). Thanks for a great stay!

Family rendezvous

Nice accomdations although it was not as spacious as it seemed in the photos. Beds were very comfortable but sofa & living room chairs left much to be desired, Master suite shower spray head was at ceiling level & therefore totally unadjustable, & there were zero places other than the shower floor to put soap, shampoo, etc. — very inconvenient. But putting these issues aside, we had an enjoyable stay.

The beach area could be bigger. As the development continues, it will not accommodate guests for the entire development. The management office was training multiple people (young girls) when I called. They were not able to answer most of my basic questions. Hopefully, they get them trained sooner than later. This house is clean, cute, and everything was in working order. We had an issue with the grill not working and they came to fix immediately!

House was clean, nice porches, comfortable furniture , seemed private even though houses were all around. Sunlight hit the house at different times during the day. Kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of counter space and the bar stools were great. The big farm table was awesome for meals, puzzles, etc. TVs everywhere but we didn't turn them on. Too much to do! A few suggestions: Level the refrigerator so the door shuts properly. Check the shower fixture thing on the spout in the upstairs full bedroom. It didn't stay up during the shower. Install mirrors in the bedrooms upstairs so when someone is in the bathroom, the other person can use a mirror in the bedroom to get ready for the day.

Great vacay

The house and the community are exceptional. Less than a minute walk to pool, hot, tub, firepit, espresso/snocone stand, and bocce ball. A half block walk to catch shuttle that takes you down to the beach with plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas, bathrooms, and rental equipment. The house itself has plenty or room to entertain and porch space for enjoying the views.

Great spot for a family vacation

This house was very comfortable for our family of 6. The location is central to the main pool and not too far from the marina. We had a great time, would stay here again.

Just what we needed

The place was nice and clean, great location and lots of space. Close to the beach and a lot of amenities to make you feel right at home. Very quiet during night so our infant daughter slept like a dream. The only thing I would improve is upon checkin not having the cleaning crew still cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time staying at the lookout (first time at this house) and I feel like it’s a lot of veneer but when you get under the surface all the houses are the same and the quality is just ok...not good enough quality for the price. The house was ok but all the amenities (bed, bathrooms, dishes, appliances, deck furniture) are just a little off and need some attention. We would consider coming back but are still on the hunt for a better place to stay. Nothing terrible just not worth the cost.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Wine. I stayed with my husband and our 2 sons. The house has great amenities and had more than enough space for our family. The views from the Lookout were gorgeous and since we were off-season, there were no crowds. The community had great safety measures for covid. Highly recommend!
