LA VIE DU LAC

Bienvenue à Lake Life au Lookout at Lake Chelan. Situé à 1,6 km de la ville sur le lac, The Lookout est en train de devenir le choix des vacanciers de la région de Chelan.
La vie de lac a été conçue à cet effet, la vie de lac a deux chambres à coucher avec les lits de reine et une piÚce de couchette de quatre lits Cette configuration peut accueillir 7 adultes avec 2 lits superposés plus petits pour les jeunes. La suite principale a un divan-lit double.

Cette maison de trois Ă©tages est la premiĂšre du genre au Lookout. Le salon principal se trouve au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et la suite principale occupe tout l’étage supĂ©rieur. En bas, vous trouverez une deuxiĂšme chambre, la chambre avec lits superposĂ©s, la salle multimĂ©dia, une salle de bain complĂšte et une buanderie.

Les Smart TV sont situées dans le salon principal et dans la salle des médias en bas avec une télévision HD dans la suite principale. Toutes les télévisions sont équipées de lecteurs DVD / Blu-ray avec Wi-Fi gratuit et d'un service de télévision complet. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la suite principale.

Le salon principal a une table sur mesure pouvant accueillir 6-10 personnes. Il y a une cheminée pour réchauffer votre esprit lors de ces froides nuits d'hiver tout en vous blottissant sur le canapé avec votre livre préféré.

La cuisine gastronomique a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre plaisir de cuisiner, y compris toutes les Ă©pices de base.

Mais plus que la maison elle-mĂȘme, c’est le vaste espace de vie extĂ©rieur, avec plus de 500 pieds carrĂ©s de terrasse au-dessus du garage reliĂ© Ă  150 pieds carrĂ©s de terrasse couverte. La grande terrasse comprend une table Ă  manger extĂ©rieure pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et un espace de dĂ©tente pouvant accueillir un canapĂ©, deux grandes chaises avec ottomans et une table basse.  Il y a un grand parapluie rĂ©glable pour votre protection solaire. Le barbecue au propane se trouve sur la terrasse couverte avec une glaciĂšre Ă  roues Tommy Bahama de 100 pintes, deux chaises rembourrĂ©es avec des poufs assortis et une petite table.  C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour prendre un verre tĂŽt le matin et lire le journal ou tout simplement admirer la vue sur la ville de Chelan et le lac infĂ©rieur pendant que le soleil vous rĂ©chauffe.

Un autre patio de 150 pieds carrés se trouve prÚs du bain à remous entouré de plantes colorées avec vue sur Chelan.

Les excursions hors de la maison comprennent les établissements vinicoles, les randonnées à pied ou à vélo, le VTT, la natation, le kayak, la navigation de plaisance, le ski, la motoneige ou tout simplement une promenade dans la ville.

Les chiens sont autorisés à Wine Down. Maximum de 2 chiens, pesant moins de 30 kg, dormeur en cage, pot formé. Pas de chiots.

La communauté Lookout s'agrandit et il peut y avoir des activités de construction pendant votre séjour. Les heures de construction varient selon la saison mais se situent entre 7h00 et 15h00. m. - 6h00 p. m. en semaine et à 8h00 a. m. - 4h30 p. m. les weekends. S'il vous plaßt contacter Lookout Cottage Rentals à pour toutes questions ou préoccupations. Remarque: Il n'y aura pas de construction les fins de semaine pendant les mois d'été.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. I have zero complaints. The house was great and the scheduled activities on top of all the amenities and other things to do was perfect fory kids. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

We booked a different house this year for fun, and loved “Lake Life.” The location close to the pool & pickleball were great, and the house is really cool with a big deck to eat our meals outside. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and enjoyed separate spaces for adults and kids to hang out. It was so fun to relax in a super cute and comfortable setting.

A Darn Nice Time

The house isn't huge but it was plenty big for all of us, and we spent most of the time outside anyway. There are plenty of conveniences not listed that really should be, including a Keurig, as well as a blender. All in all a great trip. We followed the departure process to a "t", the cleaners are prompt, so expect to be out before 11am.

I have twin toddlers that are still talking about our trip, which is amazing in itself because they’re only 3, it’s been nearly a month since our stay and the majority of our time was spent at the playground, pool, and home! But all of that was just enough to be memorable for all of us.

To note the large negative we had on this trip is our pedal bike and electric scooter were stolen from our front porch and I contacted the office and spoke with a staff member but no one reported back to me if they were able to find the items. The house is well kept, the property is like a resort - great for families. The house is small, but the outdoor living is where we spent most of our awake hours. This house worked for our two families with young children. Super small bunk room, small queen room, massive master on the top floor.

Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to The Lookout in as many months...we're digging Lake Chelan wineries and the dog friendly atmosphere of The Lookout homes. Brought our daughter and fiance to look at winery venues for their wedding. While there are a few floors to this house, it was nicely separated for them and us. The pups loved the quick access to trails (and so did we)...the huge deck is beautiful and well equipped...the hot tub is nice and private. Loved our 3-nights there...the unit has comfy bedding and cozy communal areas.

Sleeps 9 is a little overstated

Everything was very good. The house is just small. Master Bedroom had a full size bed and a twin hide a bed. Downstairs bedroom had another full size bed. Bunk room had two short twin beds and two narrower than twin beds. The living spaces were small and furnished with uncomfortable furniture. The deck and outside furniture , kitchen and The Lookout overall were wonderful!!!! But I guess this just wasn’t the house for us BTW two parents and four teenage and early 20’s kids. We will return to the lookout- just rent a larger house

Great house with terrible air conditioning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day we arrived, the house would not cool beyond 76°. Management called to see if everything was ok and I let them know about the AC. They asked if it was ok to send someone even if we weren’t there and I have them permission to do so. We never heard anything and weren’t sure anyone came by as the AC continued to not work. For 2 of the 4 nights, the house wouldn’t cook beyond 80° and this was with us diligently keeping doors shut. Upon departure, I notified the manager on site (Sergio?) and his only response was that I should have let him know. Additionally, we didn’t feel welcome to use the communities amenities as renters (vs owners) and had to wing-it to figure out what was available (pool, beach, etc). Our neighbors next door seemed extra annoyed that we were renting the house as the older gentleman often stood on his porch or walked in front of the house and glared at us.The house was very clean and nice with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The upstairs wrap around porch was great and our kids had a great time.

Great for two families

The separation of the downstairs for one family (with all the kids in the bunk room) with the second family on the top floor created privacy and separation when needed. The outdoor space created an enormous area for everyone to enjoy. I watched both the sunrise and the sunset from the deck. The proximity to the playground and “bike circle” plus both pools was easy to quickly switch between activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could imagine (even an electric tea kettle for us tea drinkers) as well as all paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, napkins, etc. We had a battery issue with the garage door opener but maintenance came right away and fixed it quickly. It was a perfect getaway with just one exception. The master bedroom has a portable a/c unit which we were very grateful to have in the mid-July heat but it is extremely loud. We didn’t sleep that well on this vacation due to a/c unit. A ductless mini-split (as they have elsewhere in the house) would do wonders for the third floor. If we decide to vacation with our friends again, we would consider coming back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the actual house is beautiful, the heating/air conditioning is absolutely horrible. It was so cold in the downstairs bedrooms we actually left a night early as the kids were sick from freezing all night. We attempted to turn off the AC but it didn't help and then the upstairs bedroom was too hot. We have stayed at the lookout for years and this is the first time we left early because of the accommodations. When we made the office aware they said they would send someone out but the problem is this is a known issue, there's even a note beside the AC keypad saying the basement gets too cold. When we asked for any partial refund it was met with a "we'll get back to you" and no one ever did. I would never stay at this place again and am not pleased with the overall response I received from the lookout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental house is very lovely. Nicely decorated and kitchen with all the tools you might need. Very clean. Awesome deck and nice hot tub/fire pit. The beds are comfortable. The bedrooms are small. Also, the “child” bedrooms are in the lower level and the master suite is the only thing on the top level so there was a LOT of stair climbing going up and down two flights of stairs to go between kids and parents. The middle level is where the kitchen and living room are located. So if you rent this, be prepared for LOTS of stairs. Bikes were available on the garage along with some water toys. Overall nice house. Small view of mountains. The overall property of chelan lookout is great. The little beach and marina are perfect and the pools and other play areas are nice. They had a movie in the lawn overlooking the lake one night and a giant slip and slide another day. They have some GREAT and welcoming employees (especially the fair skinned strawberry blond young man who operated the shuttle down to the lake. My husband is disabled and he came and got us several times. Always super nice,,friendly/talkative and polite. He deserves a raise!). The houses are very close together so if you’re used to having lots space and quiet, it might be too close for comfort. But if you live in a neighborhood, it’s probably nicer and quieter than most. Overall highly recommend renting at the lookout.

Lake life has what you need. We did have to call maintenance for batteries for both the Xbox controllers and the garage opener but even that was quickly serviced. We loved everything about our stay here and will be back.

Both pools were beautiful, the location was perfectly in between the wineries in Manson and the other end of the lake. They had a few activities going on throughout the weekend for the kiddos, which was nice. The house was clean and perfect for our group.
