Hike down to the water is very steep. *Guests are allowed to use the private dock, please check current water levels before your arrival. The dock cannot be used at low lake levels. The Chelan County PUD regulates the lake levels, and the lake level is not guaranteed to be high enough for dock use until June 30 through September 20. Use of the Dock and Buoy is at your own risk. Please ensure you have proper bumpers to protect your watercraft and the dock. To prevent damage, we require guests to tie boats to the buoy overnight. *4WD and Traction Tires may be required in the Winter. *Each home is individually owned. For questions on this, please contact our office. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Not Pet Friendly Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.

Take a short drive into Downtown Chelan, where you'll find an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. While enroute, be sure to pause and indulge in the area's wines at one (or a few!) of the numerous nearby tasting rooms, each offering a distinctive sampling of the region's finest varietals.
