Spacious lakefront home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests—perfect for relaxing getaways. Enjoy the large open living and kitchen area, plus a covered back deck with a smart TV overlooking a sandy beach. Take in beautiful views of “The Cut,” just a short boat ride away. A private dock is included, and the home comes fully furnished for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Ideal for families, groups, or a peaceful escape by the water.
Welcome to your lakefront getaway in Porum, offering beautiful views of “The Cut” and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water.
This spacious open-concept home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, and private patio access, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower with a double sink vanity.
The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment with a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and even a craps table for added fun. Just off the living area, double doors open to a large lakefront patio—perfect for gathering and enjoying the view.
The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric stove, basic spices and cooking oil, a dining table with seating for 4, and additional seating for 4 at the bar.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive patio, complete with:
* Two lounge chairs
* A pub-style table with seating for 4
* A square dining table with seating for 6
* A large outdoor Smart TV
* A propane BBQ grill
A short walk leads you down to the lake, where you can rent one of our stylish kayaks or bring your boat and use the private boat slip.
Additional sleeping arrangements include:
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed
* Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds
Bathroom 2 features double vanities and a tub/shower combo, while Bathroom 3 (located off the laundry room) includes a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
This home also includes access to a designated, clearly marked dock. Please use only this dock during your stay and respect that all other docks in the area are private property.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for a locked cleaning closet, the primary bedroom closet, and the detached garage.
We give guests their space but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay. We`re happy to offer recommendations or help with any questions that come up.

This home offers a peaceful, tucked-away setting perfect for unplugging and relaxing. Please note that it is approximately 10 minutes from the nearest convenience store/dollar store and about 30 minutes to downtown Eufaula. We recommend planning ahead and bringing groceries or supplies with you so you can fully enjoy your stay without extra trips.
The quiet surroundings and beautiful views make the short drive well worth it!

1- Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbors and avoid loud outside noise from 10pm-8am (No parties/events)
2- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
3- All trash MUST be in a trash bag prior to putting it in the trash bin.
4-To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
