The cottage features a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A seasonal enclosed porch adds space to read, reflect, or simply take in the surrounding nature, while the front porch overlooks the peaceful riverbank—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Whether you're fishing off the dock, exploring local trails, or just sitting still beside the water, this is a place to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the beauty of doing less.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted only with prior approval by the Owner or Property Manager and any applicable pet fees must be paid before arrival. Guests are fully responsible for their pet(s) at all times, including any damage, excessive cleaning, odors, stains, or disturbances caused during the stay. Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless they are safely secured in a crate or kennel. Pets should not be allowed to roam freely inside the property while unattended. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds unless protective coverings are used. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property and properly dispose of all pet waste. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbance to neighbors may result in the Guest being required to remove the pet from the property without refund. Failure to comply with this Pet Policy may result in additional cleaning or damage charges and may constitute a violation of the Rental Agreement.
