Located just a short walk to Coolidge Park and a 3-minute drive to downtown, youâll be close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium.
Inside, youâll find a spacious living room with a 65" smart TV, a fully stocked dine-in kitchen with a coffee bar, and smart TVs in every bedroom. Bedrooms include a king guest room, a queen guest room, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks â perfect for kids or extra guests.
Step outside to your private fenced yard and enjoy evenings in the 8-person hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, or grilling out on the gas BBQ. Kids (and grown-ups!) will love the arcade games, while the outdoor dining area makes it easy to relax together.
Extras include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. Pet-friendly: we welcome up to 4 pets! $100 per stay covers up to 2 pets. Bringing more? Add another $100 for up to 2 extra pets. Non-refundable.

Please note: A long-term tenant resides in a completely separate unit at the back of the property. There are no shared spaces â the yard, deck, and all guest areas are private to you. The tenant does occasionally walk up the driveway to access that entrance. The couple is friendly and respectful, so donât be surprised if you see them in passing!
