This home provides a family friendly layout with 2 bedroom and 1 bath open-concept design. Enjoy Smart TV streaming on all 3 TVs (located in each bedroom and living area). Family, friends and pets will enjoy the patio, fire pit area and fully fenced in backyard. Please note: The small building seen in the outside pictures of the backyard, is just a storage building for the owners.



The home has a spacious living room including a sectional sofa with two cozy recliners as well as a third separate recliner. For some downtime relaxation, enjoy family favorite games, crayons and paper, all stocked in the living room game cabinet. Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining table with enough space for 4 guests.

PETS:



This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home (a crate is provided in the primary bedroom closet). All dogs must be on a leash (when not contained to the fully fenced yard) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.
