Step into the stunning kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, Subzero fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to easily prepare meals together. Enjoy dining at the bar or gather around the spacious dining table. **Please note that at this time the water dispenser and ice maker on the fridge are out of service, we apologize for the inconvenience**

The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed with new, comfortable bedding, and an en suite full bathroom along with a generous walk-in closet for your convenience.

Relax in the inviting living area with ample seating and a 55-inch television with Hulu Live for cozy movie nights. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed with plush bedding, a walk-in closet, and private access to the serene back patio featuring outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. Additional patio access is available from the living room.

**Please note the water in the garden tub is currently shut off due to a major leak - we do not have an anticipated time that it will be repaired**

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
You are welcome to use the garage for parking one vehicle. The opener will be left on the kitchen counter. Please return the opener to the kitchen counter when checking out. A $100 fee will apply for a lost opener. The driveway can also be used for parking.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
No pets ($150 fee per pet if this rule is broken)
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. There will be an immediate fine of $500 for smoking any substance inside the house PLUS the additional cost of cleaning and remediation.
Please respect a quiet time of 10pm for our neighbors.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
