The home is within walking distance (0.2 miles) to Stringer’s Ridge Park; trailhead to hiking, biking, and running trails. Also, conveniently located on the block is a children’s play park with slides, climbing areas, and a tire swing. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.



Relax on the private back porch with a country serenity feel with large oak trees. Enjoy a restful evening in the brand-new private hot tub just off the patio with a fire pit. Roast marshmallows or just enjoy conversation with your entire party while lounging on the new Adirondack chairs. Patio furniture and charcoal grill are also available to spice up mealtime! Enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils to make cooking meals a breeze! Attached to the kitchen is a closet with a washer/dryer for you to use throughout your stay. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a super comfortable queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom for extra privacy. The master bedroom has an additional door that leads to the backyard of the house (the only way to access the backyard from within the home). The three other bedrooms (queen, queen, and 2 twins) are off the hallway and share a bathroom. The living room features an open concept with a large sectional reclining sofa with plenty of room for your group. In addition, is a sleeper sofa. In the living room is also a large flat-screen TV and Chattanooga’s award-winning high-speed internet. Work in comfort with the fastest fiber-optic internet service. There is no additional charge for this service. This 4 bedroom / 2 bath home is advantageous for a variety of travelers including families with children who desire the perfect place to relax in the heart of Chattanooga.
