Centrally located between University of Virginia Grounds and the beloved Downtown Mall, a short walk from UVA Hospital and the restaurants of West Main Street, you can't beat the location for downtown Charlottesville! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is very spacious and has high ceilings, large bedrooms & bathrooms, a modern kitchen , and separate dining area. Comes with parking pass for free lot parking. Stylishly designed with your comfort in mind. Walls are solid, leading to quiet inside.

The space

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground level (no stairs) apartment in a great area. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There is no dedicated parking spot reserved, but you may park in any open non-reserved spot in the lot (with a parking pass). There is typically always spots available, but occasionally during very busy times, all the spots may be taken by other occupants and guests. In these rare cases, you would need to find nearby street parking or wait for someone to leave.

Please note: we recently had some water damage to a door and wall in the primary bathroom. It is only on the very lower part of the door and wall and will be fixed soon, but it is visible. There is no mold or mildew and it is not a safety concern.

Guest/Visitor Policy:

Please make sure you are booking for the correct number of guests. Nightly rate is based on guest count, so if you need to increase your guest count after booking, the rate may increase and any price difference must be paid.

Please understand that the number of guests you booked for is the maximum number allowed to be on the property, including visitors who don't spend the night. I'm a reasonable host - I do make an exception to allow for one or two short-term visitors during your stay. You don't need to change anything or tell me if you'd like to have 1 or 2 short-term visitors (not spending the night) during your stay. This is fully allowed. But if you would like to have anymore than 2 visitors on property at any point or for additional people beyond your guest count to stay the night, you would need to ask me first and update your guest count to the correct amount. This may result in a nightly rate increase. Having additional unauthorized guests or visitors voids the rental agreement. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Outdoor security cameras (can't see inside property) are used to monitor guest and pet compliance.

I want guests to be able to check-in as early as possible. Due to the large amount of linens to be laundered between guests and the short amount of time do it, the washer/dryer will often have linens in them so that another load can run after cleaner leaves. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer, but will sometimes have to take out a load in order to do so. If you specifically know you will use the washer/dryer during your stay and don't want to have to do this, please let me know prior to check-in and I'll tell my cleaner to leave them empty for you.”

While you are welcome to use washer and dryer, I do NOT provide laundry detergent.

The apartment was spacious and the location great! The property manager was quick to respond to communication. The property was a little rough because they are currently working on renovations. So I only expect things to improve! It was a great value for the price. I would definitely consider rebooking.

Unit was locked after being told it would be unlocked. Took owner about 30 minutes to respond. Once in unit, it was in complete renovation phase. When we walked in there was plastic covering every doorway. Washer and dryer were in the middle of the kitchen unhooked. Immediately told owner to call me. He gave us another unit to enter. This unit was completely renovated with absolute zero furnishings. Neither unit was able to be lived in. Owner cancelled reservation and did provide refund. However. I missed dinner with my family and was on hold with VRBO for 4 hours to find a new place to stay. I should not have had to pay out of pocket for a new place to stay due to inconvenience. I caution anyone looking at this property. We were given photos of a furnished place was a complete lie. I have pics and video of both units.
