You`ll have access to the top two floors of the house (the main floor and the upstairs). There is a basement apartment with a separate entrance located two floors under the main floor.

Security Hold Notice

Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.

This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.

If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.
