The modern treehouse retreat is the perfect getaway, offering a beautifully curated designer interior great for groups + families-with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and open concept living. Fully renovated, light, and peaceful- this oasis is a piece of paradise in the heart of the city. All new appliances and high end upgrades throughout the home including soft linens, west elm furniture, wrap around porch, Cali-king organic latex mattress, soaking tub, and basic cable/high-speed internet.

With a gorgeous wraparound porch and a designer kitchen that opens up to the large living and dining area, this home offers plenty of space to enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors. Designed with our love for cooking in mind, this newly renovated kitchen boasts counter to ceiling subway tile, a beautiful quartz waterfall island, 5-burner slide in gas range, french door refrigerator with water filter system, and a Bosch dishwasher.

Not looking to cook? Our home is centrally located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood full of new restaurants and bars. You and your guests will be a short walk to The Corner, the Historic Downtown Mall, and amazing restaurants off of West Main Street. The modern treehouse retreat is an ideal location for exploring UVA’s Grounds, taking a day trip through Route 151’s wineries and breweries, or going on a beautiful hike through the Blue Ridge Mountains.

There can be no events or parties at our home. There can also be no gatherings at our home with any visitors that are not included in the booking without our prior approval and additional paid fees. Additional visitors will entail additional charges for tenants.

We have an illy espresso maker (with eco-friendly reusable pods) and French press available for your use during your stay.
