The Space:

Welcome to your ultimate Belmont retreat! This spacious, amenity-rich home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, plus additional sleeping on couches and 2 roll-out cots. Enjoy entertainment-packed spaces including a game room, karaoke lounge, fully equipped kitchen & dining area, a fenced pool & hot tub, fire pit, and indoor gym with infrared sauna (converted shed - no heat or A/C but has a door for summer months). Pet-friendly and steps from Goat Island Park, perfect for chill, fun, and family escapes.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangement

- Primary Suite (King + Twin Daybed): Spacious king bed, twin daybed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub & separate shower. Closet includes 2 twin pullout cots for extra guests. 65” Roku TV, 2 ceiling fans, and bright natural light.

- Bedroom 2 (Two Twins): Two twin beds, 55” Roku TV, work/study table. No fan.

- Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed): Queen bed with closet. Bright, airy space with natural light, no TV or fan.

- Karaoke Room: Two large couches can be used for additional sleeping. Also, includes sofa seating for 10+, 65” Roku TV, karaoke machine with microphones, and strobe lights.

Skip the search for charging stations, simply plug in and relax! We offer a Tesla Level 2 Fast Charger for convenient, quicker at-home charging, plus a standard GFCI outlet for added flexibility. Sofa seating for 10, 65” Roku TV, karaoke machine with microphones, and colorful strobe lights. Perfect for family fun, game nights, or casual hangouts.

Arcade classics like NFL Blitz, Golden Tee Golf, and 1-2 person Pac-Man, plus foosball and shuffleboard. 65” TCL Roku TV lets you watch shows or stream music while playing or have the game on in the background.

Fully equipped kitchen with island & 4 barstools, oven/stove with hood, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dining area seats 8 and 4 barstools right in the kitchen. Perfect for family meals or snacks.

Exercise bike, adjustable bench, dumbbells (5–20 lbs), curl bar, yoga mats & blocks, box jump, Palladium Golf and infrared sauna. Perfect for a morning workout or post-pool stretch.

⚠️ No Heating or Cooling in Zen-Den but the door does open for those tough but rewarding workouts!



🏖️ Outdoor Living

Private fenced pool & hot tub. Fire pit, and outdoor chill area with table, chairs, and bar-height table. Ideal for relaxing afternoons or evening hangouts.

⚠️The pool is available to use from 1st April to 31st August only.

⚠️ Pool liner being replaced fall 2026. Currently has a little damage to it.



🐾 Pet-Friendly

Bring your furry friend! While the yard isn’t fenced, Goat Island Park, a fenced dog park, is right across the street for off-leash play.

Free parking for up to 3-4 cars in the driveway, plus 2–3 street spots directly in front of the house. Perfect for families or groups with multiple vehicles. Tesla fast charger is available as well.

Located in a quiet, walkable Cramerton neighborhood directly across from Goat Island Park (literally in your front yard), you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to top attractions, dining, and essentials. Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, gym, sauna and entertainment areas, except for the locked owner closet located in the kitchen by the refrigerator.

The home is ideally located right in front of Goat Island Park, walking trails, greenway, disc golf, dog park, kayak drop, fishing, and river access. Guests can easily drive 10 minutes to downtown Belmont for shops and dining, or 20–25 minutes to Charlotte for city attractions. Free street parking and driveway parking make driving convenient. Rideshares, taxis, and local bus routes are also accessible for easy commuting around the area.
