I am sharing with you my personal "get away from it all" vacation home to enjoy with your family and friends. Million dollar community boasting gated entrance, 3 floor, spacious rooms, extraordinary views. From dual zone swim spa, sauna, outdoor cooking, fire pit, family gaming, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, this home will leave a lasting memory and enjoyable stay. 2022 Sea Doo Switch 21-170 is available for rent with notice in advance

The Space:
Lakefront 3 story home, built for family and built for entertaining. Amazing views, access to kayaking to our community island. Gated community.


The house is 3 story, gorgeous floor plan, plenty of size at nearly 4800 sq feet with 7 bedrooms
which have their own privacy" along with 4.5 bathrooms . Parking up to 6 cars

Guest Access:
The entire home is at your leisure. Parking up to 6 vehicles

The Neighborhood:
gated million dollar community, quiet but yet 25 min or less from everything. Privacy and quietness is imperative to the folks in this community.
The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbors. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :)

Overall the place is gorgeous. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions. The house had many great features including an amazing outdoor kitchen, built in fire pit area, dock with several lake toys, and more. However, we found the kitchen was lacking, especially with silverware.

Family gathering

The property was great for a family gathering of 11 people. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils, there is a lot of space and furniture for seating and hanging out, and the outside spaces are great. The bathrooms need towel bars and a few of the games and paddleboards are in need of repair/replacement.

Spectacular Property

We have rented properties over the years for our family to gather and this was by far the best we've experienced. The house has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate a large group and enough commons areas to make it comfortable.The dock is excellent and there is a marina right across the lake to purchase gas. We rented a tritoon from CS Rentals and they delivered the boat to our dock. We were there the week after the 4th of July and were suprised by how quiet the lake was.Great stay!

5 star beautiful property with breathtaking lake views, and the private dock was perfect for fishing and swimming. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor kitchen and patio with the grill was a great feature. Kitchenette downstairs with additional refrigerator was much needed for our big family. The swim spa & hot tub were clean and refreshing after a day on the lake. I highly recommended renting the boat it was easy to use & the kids had fun on it. We got firewood & had campfire nights at the outdoor patio. No long checkout to do list, simple checkout was a plus. We definitely enjoyed our time here and plan to come again.

Great place but...

He had a great time! Beautiful place but there were a couple issues for us. First we had a hard time getting into the gated area with the code provided. When we tried to communicate this with the contact, it took awhile to get the info we needed. Fortunately for us someone let us in. The house is beautiful, but it could use some more cleaning. There were cobwebs on the screened in porch and a couple other spots. Also some more washcloths would be nice as well. There were a few things that either didnt work or didnt work well. In of the dryers didnt work, the coffee machine would work eventually, and some of the electric games and stuff didnt work. And when we had an issue with losing power on the last day right before we left, I tried calling and nobody responded. Some more outdoor lights in the back yard on the walking path would be nice as well as cleaning the outside kitchen area more. Also there is a step thats a little loose on the side of the house that could be hazardous. Overall still good experience, but if just a couple things were fix or done it would turn into a great experience!

Great spot on the lake!

This house had the best amenities for everyone in the family to always have something to do! It was a perfect size home for my Mom’s birthday celebration. The fully equipped outdoor cooking facilities were great for grilling out. Beautiful view of the lake!

Great family trip

This is a beautiful house on the lake with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the separate living spaces especially with young children and an infant! We rented the boat, which I would recommend doing as it was a great way to enjoy the area. We do have some recommendations
.there was timely communication when we had questions, but the questions could have been avoided with a notebook of instructions about things like WIFI, operating the AC, operation of appliances, etc. and information about the boat. Overall the house was GREAT and we definitely enjoyed our week.

Our experience was AMAZING from the beginning to the end
 The house is beautiful and has everything you need available. The HOST was great and made sure we were good. My only feedback is all the couples wanted a TV in their bedroom. They didn’t have in all the rooms. Regardless we had a blast ‌ We will be coming back.

A Merry Christmas

The house is perfect for our family. It has plenty of space. The kitchen worked for fixing our meals. We enjoyed the games downstairs. And we spent time around the fire pit. Nothing could be finer.

Superceded my expectations!!!

We were very pleased with renting this home for our friendsgiving weekend. The amenities were amazing and the view is immaculate. Such a beautiful home inside and out. Host is very attentive. Living area remote was misplaced and she had another one delivered to the home the very next day. I will definitely book again!

House has lots of amenities and great outdoor spaces and we enjoyed taking advantage of most of them! The view from the screened in porch is lovely. Kitchen could use some attention. Glassware, mugs and cutlery were sparse for 12 adults but kitchen was spacious and easy to work in. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing home and vacation.

Our family loved Sam and Ranin's home and the hospitality they provided. The home was everything we could ask for. All amenities are provided and the extras were so nice. Sam and Ranin rented us their boat and jet-ski which were big hits with the entire family. The kids loved kayaking across the way to the private island so they could play on the beach. The swimming/hot tub pool was a big hit as well. Any questions we had Sam and Ranin always responded quickly and when we rented the boat, Nick, from the property management group, was so helpful and was able to tell us everywhere to go for gas, restaurants, and cool spots around the lake. We definitely made the right choice choosing this home for our summer vacation!
