Mooresville: Located in Iredell County, it`s a vibrant town known as `Race City USA` due to its connection to NASCAR. Mooresville is situated on the shores of Lake Norman and offers a mix of waterfront living and a charming downtown area.

Activities: Lake Norman offers a wide range of activities, including boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. Lake Norman State Park in Mooresville provides hiking and biking trails, as well as camping facilities according to Lake Norman.

Community: The Lake Norman area, including Mooresville, is known for its strong sense of community and numerous events and festivals throughout the year.

It`s best to rent or bring a car. There is also Uber/Lyft available in Mooresville, NC. We are very close to I-77, Langtree, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Downtown Davidson, and many other attractions!

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
