The Space:
Experience the true essence of togetherness in this home with its spacious dining and common areas! With accommodation for up to 6 guests, it offers ample room for connecting and spending free time together. Remote workers and students can find a peaceful refuge in the office or utilize the blazing 500mbps dedicated fiber internet from anywhere in the house.

Relax in the open and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy interacting with everyone in the living room while preparing meals and then dine together at the table.

Start your mornings right with complimentary coffee and tea on the balcony! The primary bedroom on the 3rd level boasts a King bed, while another large bedroom with a queen bed is also on the 3rd level. The 3rd bedroom with a queen bed is on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are equipped with ample closet space.

Fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided for each guest, along with a hairdryer. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and balcony. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Guests are allowed 2 cars to park in the garage.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Uptown Charlotte, often referred to as the city's "downtown," is a bustling and vibrant neighborhood located in the center of Charlotte, North Carolina. Known for its impressive skyline, Uptown is the central business district and cultural hub of the city. Overall, Uptown Charlotte combines the energy of a thriving business district with a vibrant arts and entertainment scene, making it a dynamic and exciting neighborhood for residents and visitors alike.

Getting Around:
Uptown Charlotte has much to offer within walkable distances. The light rail is less than a 9 minute walk, hop on to quickly get to central Uptown or further south to South End and more. Plenty of Ubers are also available at this location.

Other Things to Note:
**House Rules**
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.

Parking:
2 spaces available in the garage. Additional street parking is available nearby down the street or one street over. Please be sure to check local street signs for parking regulations. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.

Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

This is a centralized location for walking to both Truist field and BOA stadiums. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nice decor in the townhome. There are many stairs in the unit that made it more difficult with oversized luggage. We did have a problem with the furnace not being able to work the air conditioner but when we realized the problem, they sent someone to fix it immediately. Overall a very nice place.

Our 9-day stay at this property was deeply disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues. The unit was dusty and poorly cleaned, triggering our son’s asthma that required urgent care and medication.The HVAC system is not fit for purpose — poorly designed, with a badly placed thermostat, inadequate supply vents, and almost no air volume or pressure. As a result, the bedrooms remained uncomfortably warm even after 8 hours of cooling, and we had to rely on ceiling fans just to get through the night.Water pressure is low throughout the property, but almost non-existent in both bedroom ensuites bathrooms — just a trickle in the primary and only slightly better in the secondary. The hot water, supplied by a 20 year-old tankless heater, runs out within minutes, making it nearly impossible for even one person to shower, let alone our group of four.To make matters worse, we were contacted by property management almost daily for maintenance access, often with little notice, repeatedly disrupting our plans. Instead of a relaxing family vacation, we spent our time managing the property's problems.We left after 5 days and requested a full refund for the unused nights and partial compensation for the rest. We were offered only a 3-day refund. This property is unfit for guests in its current condition.

Amazing townhouse!

Our stay met all our expectations. Great townhome close to downtown, in a beautiful neighborhood. My adult family of 5 had plenty of room and 2 car parking in a garage was a plus. Host was very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

No heat!!!

From the minute we got there, the heat did not work. At night the house would get down in the 50’s!! Thank goodness there was an electric fireplace downstairs that had a blower for some heat. When I let property management know, they acted like I was an idiot. They sent someone to “adjust the thermostat” and said that the heat was not coming on because the blower on the fireplace was on. Even though the house was 60 degrees and the thermostat was set to 75!?! How about the upstairs that was even colder??Come on. I originally tried to get an early check in but could not because someone was staying there and they needed time to clean. Are you telling me that they did not complain about the heat?? How about the housekeeper?? It was 60 degrees when we arrived at exactly 5pm. It would have been nice to let me know there was an issue at the very least. I decided on this place even though it was twice as expensive as other places. Bad move on my part. Horrible experience!!

Ryley was an incredible host!

The house in in an amazing location within an easy walkable area. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for a family. There is a park/greenway at the end of the street which my son really enjoyed. Host was very easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Perfect for any event at Bank of America Stadium

Clean, walking distance to the stadium, Garage for rental car big plus. half mile walk to get into downtown, close, nice. No cable so be prepared to have to stream from your own account if you want to watch ESPN. Aside from that small detail, thumbs up!
