The Ol' Cottage @ Davidson

Stay at our lovely cottage located in the heart of Davidson. Walk to all the must-see spots in Davidson, just 5 minutes from downtown and the college. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. From grocery stores to restaurants, farmers markets, antiquing, beautiful parks and kayaking at the marina, there's something for everyone. The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.

The Space
Welcome to our cozy space, where you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation or a quick stay.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable King bed, ensuite bath, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed and its own ensuite bath as well. The living room features a convertible ottoman twin size bed, adding flexibility to your sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of seating options to enjoy your meals, and a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods ready to jumpstart your day. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Take advantage of the designated workspace and unwind in the spacious living room with another Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is at your fingertips. Private parking is conveniently located at the back of the house, and the check-in and check-out processes are smooth, ensuring a stress-free stay.

Absolutely adored this little home, was exactly as described and super close to anything you could ever need. The bed was cozy and soft, the bathroom was clean and spacious; perfect to get rewdy for date night in. Walking around the neighborhood was nice, and the local food places were great! Definitely would stay here again, hopefully for longer than 2 nights lol.

This property stands out somewhat central in the neighborhood. Parking was initally a challenge to find but once discovered it was a safe, private lot. I did not like that we couldn't access regular cable for the NCAA tournament. Overall, still an excellent stay.

Lovely Property in a Great, Convenient Location.

Husband, I and our adult daughter stayed in this pristine, well-maintained and comfortable property. We didn’t have to think of anything. Frank and Gloria were a delight to work with and very accommodating. Property very convenient to our family and things we like to do. We walked to the lake several times. Took us about 5 minutes. We definitely would entertain staying there again.

Had a great stay. Quite a few businesses within walking distance; I think Harris Teeter was less than a five minute walk. House was great; had everything I needed. It was quiet for being in the middle of a small town, too. 100% would stay again!

Weekend in Davidson

This location and its amenities perfectly suited our needs while visiting the area. Charming neighborhood within a convenient walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store and boutiques. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, with an upgraded kitchen. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay! Home was clean and had everything we needed. It is in town, so early morning noise was sometimes a nuisance, but that's the price you pay for being so close to everything. Check in and out was easy.
