Welcome to Sunrise Paradise, where every morning the Sunrises are more beautiful than the day before! Wake up to a cup of coffee on the back deck, overlooking one of the most beautiful views on Lake Norman. Sunrise Paradise is one of Cozy Casas most prized rental homes because of the main channel views, the incredible sunrises, and close proximity to the water.
Step into our lakefront cottage and immediately feel at home with our cozy decor and beautiful vaulted ceilings with an expansive view of the lake. When you look out the living room you feel as if you are sitting right on top of the water!
The open concept kitchen is a fully stocked, chef's kitchen with Thermadoor appliances throughout, and of course, views of the water. Just beside the kitchen is the Captains Cocktail Bar equipped with bar tools, glasses, and an additional restaurant style ice maker. Plenty of ice for drinks, coolers, and stocking your boat.
Choosing which bedroom is yours might be tough because there are water views from every room in the home, including the bathrooms and laundry room! The Primary Bedroom has a king sized bed with a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Step out onto the deck from the primary bedroom and take a dip in the hot tub with perfect views of the lake.
The living room is one of the most peaceful rooms in the home with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, large windows, and a dedicated work space in case you need it. The living room leads out onto a huge outdoor deck for lounging, entertaining, and grilling.
You will find a Blackstone and Green Egg for your outdoor cooking needs along with an outdoor dining table and plenty of seating for those enjoyable evenings on the lake. A few steps down from the deck there is a fire pit overlooking the water, perfect for hot dogs, s'mores, wine, and music.
Just down from the fire pit is an expansive dock and boat slip. Enjoy swimming from the dock, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or floating on the lily pad. If you choose to rent a boat, or bring your boat, during your stay you can use the boat slip on the dock. The entire perimeter of the pier and dock is equipped with foot level lighting for night time activities as well!
Other outdoor activities include fishing, cornhole, croquet, and bocce ball.
Our dock, on the main channel, is a prime location for tournament fishing year around. You will see all species of fish at different times throughout the day, so grab your rod and drop a line!
We have a beautiful Great Blue Heron that visits our dock daily and ducks, we have even spotted a Bald Eagle!
Our neighborhood is an extremely quiet and safe area. Just a few minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. One reason we love this area is because there is minimal traffic, so getting to where you need to go is a breeze!
