Four of us visited for the Bills-Panthers game and the place worked out great. Short walk to BoA stadium, beds were super comfortable after a long day walking around. Lance was great - we expected a hair dryer in the unit and when we messaged him that it was missing he had one delivered that day!

Great walking location to everything uptown

This is a cozy quiet second floor condo with parking right in front. There is a wonderful greenspace for long or short walks in nature and through a neighborhood. Bank of America stadium is 1/2 mile walk. There were a few details that need attention - the ice maker is a total nuisance. Would stay again if it gets fixed!

Perfect for Game Day

Clean and cozy. The perfect place to stay for game weekend. Bank of America stadium is in sight when you walk out the driveway and just a short walk away. We walked back after the game and ordered wings for watching the late game. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and had everything we needed. Very well thought out preparation for sure. Check-in was a breeze and parking is so convenient. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We were in town for a concert at the stadium and the location was perfect!! The dog and I really enjoyed the trail and little park behind the property as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Property

This condo was just perfect for us. I had family come in from Georgia for the Morgan Wallen concert. We were able to walk to Bank of America stadium for the concert. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It couldn't have been a better place for us to stay.

We loved the location! It was so close to uptown and all of our reservations were within mere minutes from the condo
very convenient. It was super clean and had every amenity that you could think of. This was my first vacation rental and i was pleasantly surprised! Lance was Johnny on the spot ! Quick to answer any and all questions. Will definitely rent again.

Overall great stay!

My friends and I came to town for the music festival and were pleased with the location of the hotel (about a 30 min walk from downtown) and the cleanliness of the property. There was space for 5 of us, although 6 would have been tight. There are two double/queen beds and a pull out couch. The only complaints I have are that our check in process was delayed due to a late checkout the day before + the code to the door had to be reset once we got back from the festival on night 1 at 12am. It was frustrating, but luckily the host was responsive and able to fix the lock for us (it was a digital lock)

Amazing stay

Great condo!

The condo is beautiful and very clean! Exactly what we needed. There were nice tvs in both bedrooms and a large tv in the living room (very nice). The beds were comfortable but I like a thicker blanket. Lance was very prompt when we needed something. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly but Lance had placed a small refrigerator in the condo for us before we arrived. I was looking forward to a soak in the large master tub and there was no plug. Be sure to bring a bar of soap or shower gel to bathe. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Charlotte.

The property was comfortable. Had options for TV use. Close to downtown. Walkable, quiet, neighbors were nice and approachable, had a outside patio that was screened in, overall a pleasant stay. Lance was helpful and easy to get in contact with. Very organized with scheduling and accommodating with early arrival (with a fee). Locking door system is easy to use and has a ring door for security. Supplies could be a little more plentiful, but nothing to get bent out of shape about. I would use this property again.

Walking distance to stadium

The location was perfect for what we were looking for - a short walk from the stadium, bars/restaurants and a great coffee shop. Quiet neighborhood and without knowing the area I still felt safe enough walking by myself. This condo was clean and fit our needs. Would book again if in the Charlotte area.

Wonderful Stay

My sister and I came to spend the holiday with my parents, with fiances in tow. Had an amazing stay. Close to where we wanted to be and enough room for all 4 of us. Check in and out easy and we had all we needed.
