‱ Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.

This property was amazing. It was so great. It is my go-to. retreat. Clean, beautiful, well stocked, automated communication with property manager. Easy. It was just everything and some more. With great views. I watch the sunrise every morning. I mean I fell in love with the property.

Beautiful wide lake view!

We loved it here! Although it looks like an old brown house from the outside in a very upscale neighborhood, the inside has been totally renovated. We especially liked the wall of windows looking out over the lake and enjoyed many sunrises. The updated kitchen was well supplied and had lots of counter space.

First-timers to NC and a PERFECT end to our summer!

Amazing location and property. While the outside of the home was very "rustic-looking" within the neighborhood it stood, the inside was lovely. It was completely updated on the inside and fully stocked with everything we needed. We relaxed on the Adirondack chairs every morning sipping on our coffee, taking in the views - which were incredible. We sat around the fire pit in the evening/at night. Went boating with a Tritoon for the day from CS Boat Rentals on River Highway, went kayaking with the two kayaks present on site, and even adopted a "pet" frog for the week we affectionately named "Paddle", as he lived inside one of the Kayaks as they hung on the tree (my kids were obsessed and now was a frog - LOL!). Very quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Beautiful homes and friendly people.

The perfect view

Very relaxing and clean. Nice and safe community. House had everything we needed and exactly as pictured. Property management very responsive and helpful, even after hours! There is a step up and step down in the floor level that can be tricky if not remembered when getting access to the 2nd refrigerator (which was super handy). We enjoyed our stay greatly!

Had a great stay! Had everything we needed for our gang. We enjoyed the view and a lot of time spent on the water. The neighborhood was very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The interior was clean and updated. We were a little disappointed that the exterior did not match the interior. The kayaks would have been fun but they were so dirty and full of spiders. These were minor issues only.

Wonderful Lake Stay!!!

We had a wonderful few days on Lake Norman in Serenity Now!! It is such a cute lake house with a nice upgraded interior and has everything that you will need for your stay! The lot on the lake is in an awesome location at the end of Brawley School road and the homes on the drive to the home are beautiful!! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We used the kayaks and outdoor grill and rented a boat that was delivered directly to our private dock!! We also used the fire pit at night so we could enjoy a beautiful full moon over the lake!! We will definitely rent this house again the next time we have another Lake Norman vacation!!! We would highly recommend it for 2-4 people!!! It is a cute little home with a gorgeous lot on a wonderful lake!!!

Lake Norman

We had a great week at the house on the lake! Our son fished off the dock and we used the kayaks daily. Great location, house was well stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen. There was even a closet with games and a bookshelf with lots of books.

Quiet lake retreat

My husband and I were in town to figure out where we would like to buy when we move to the area. The house was perfect to relax in and enjoy the lake views. We even took the kayaks out to explore the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property with Fantastic Views

Great property for a visit to Lake Norman. Views of the lake are peaceful and picturesque. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. Easy to explore the region from this location. Quick trips to great restaurants, winery, and waterfront fun. Site representatives are accurate and the rental process was easy. We would stay here again!

Little piece of Heaven

This property is amazing on the inside and the sunrise views are spectacular, well worth getting up early every morning to enjoy from the end of the dock or from the house itself. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to stay in to cook. I so appreciate entering an exceptionally clean rental, it was perfect! If you have ever been to this part of Lake Norman you know it is just an lovely quiet community. This property is just the right size for a two couple or small family to enjoy. Amazing Stay

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we absolutely love it. The sunrises and the views from the house are breathtaking. It’s a small gem with so much to offer. Amazing!

Wow!! We were blown away by the incredible views as well as the close location to the water!!! So extremely peaceful and serene it is hard to describe!! The house is beautifully decorated and clean and literally has everything that you can possibly think of!!! The owner stayed in touch and answered our questions very quickly and was very very accommodating for us. Thank you for an amazing stay we will definitely be back!!!

A wonderful getaway

The location of the house is excellent. Right on the water! Incredible sunrises every morning right outside your window, or sit on the dock and enjoy it from there. Property was clean, neat and very well appointed. Will keep this in mind for future visits.
