So Relaxing!!

Property was amazing!! My stay was a working vacation and the space was able to provide a work space away from others and plenty of room to relax with my best friend. Beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen!! I highly recommend home away from home.

Great place for Carowinds weekend

Perfect home for a family weekend at Carowinds. Everything about the property was great including location, cleanliness, accommodations, etc. Right around the corner from a shopping center that has everything you need to make a family weekend great. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for the next time we are in the Charlotte area!

Nice apt

We enjoyed staying at the duplex while attending the PGA tournament. The kitchen is well equipped, duplex is clean and the bathrooms are nice. The upstairs can get warm on hot days. If you have older adults using the other rooms, the beds are small.

Comfortable Accommodations/ Great Location

The house layout gave us so much room to spread out! It was clean and if anything, better than we expected overall! Also, location couldn’t have been better. Shops, restaurants and access to highway made everything super easy. Would definitely book again.

Great Charlotte Stay

Returned again to this great location in Charlotte, near lots of shops and convenient to the Charlotte suburbs, but still near enough to Uptown if you want to visit. Excellent communication with owners on all matters - will return again next year.

Golfing at Raintree - You can't get much closer than this!

The location of this townhome couldn't have been any better. We were in town for a golf tournament at Raintree and this is 1.1miles from the golf course! Beds were comfortable and the house was appropriately furnished. In one of the twin bedrooms, there was a closet but no room to hang anything (shelving throughout instead). The stairs are very creaky so if you are an early riser, it is hard to sneak downstairs before everyone else is up. But those are minor issues. Overall, had a good experience! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful stay-as advertised!

This townhouse was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and was perfect for our needs! We were a family of 4 and had plenty of space. The owners addressed my questions with quick responses! Its sits in a great area of Charlotte and we were so impressed with the area around the townhouse. It was our first time in Charlotte and were thoroughly impressed with the city. We will definitely be back and would definitely stay in this townhouse again! Wonderful experience!

Safe and Comfortable Stay

I felt safe in this neighborhood and the neighbors seemed friendly. It is within walking distances of many stores and restaurants. There is a duck pond nearby that was fun. The kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment. We had all the basic things we needed. I was also grateful to find salt and a few spices already there. If I could add something to this place, I would have wanted washcloths and extra blankets. I tend to get colder than my family, especially at night. Since we weren't using all the beds, I just grabbed one of the blankets off an extra bed and added it to my bed. It was a pleasant stay. The place was clean and uncluttered and well stocked. There were towels, toilet paper, hand soap, some small bottles of shampoo, dish soap, paper towels and extra garbage bags. We didn't use the wash or dryer but noticed there was even laundry soap already there if we had needed it. Overall, a nice place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

As advertised

The property is just as described. Clean, modern, comfortable. Great location, just a short walk to The Arboretum Shopping Center. Notes: the refrigerator doesn’t dispense filtered water so if that’s important, bring your own. Face/wash cloths are not provided (although the hand and bath towels are thick and luxurious), so if that’s important, bring your own. Highly recommend this property!
