Walk to the light rail, breweries, restaurants, and pickleball. With high-end furnishings and a quiet location, it’s perfect for group stays and weekend getaways.

Located in trendy LoSo just minutes from South End, this 4-level townhome is a standout for groups looking for space, comfort, and a premium Charlotte experience. Whether you’re in town for fun, food, or a concert, the location and layout are designed for relaxation and connection.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS
We ask that you please keep in mind that this is a residential area and there is a 10pm noise ordinance at this residence. Please no added guests which are not already approved on the reservation.

Great Base for visiting our family

This was a great “home base” for us while helped our daughter move to the area to start a new job. It was very nice to return to after busy days.Property was nice and clean and the management was very responsive (we really didn’t need anything).

What a fun place to stay in Charlotte! The townhome was exactly as advertised and appointed with extras that made you feel welcomed. The location is spot on for restaurants/breweries and proximity to uptown. Erin was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway in Charlotte

Townhouse was beautiful, clean, and close to everything we wanted to visit. Rooftop patio was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Parking situation is quite odd, garage but no driveway and street parking is not ample. With the continued development in the area, parking will only get worse.

The best rental we've ever stayed in

Absolutely loved the vibe of this rental...it was modern yet very comfortable. Really enjoyed the ability to spread out and each person having their own bathroom truly spoiled us. Erin was an excellent host and always very responsive to any questions that we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone (unless you have trouble navigating stairs LOL).

Great Time in Charlotte

We had a great time staying in Charlotte for a long weekend for a concert. The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were also within walking distance to a few restaurants and a short Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The Host, Erin; was excellent to work with. She responded very quickly to any question we had, gave suggestions on things to do and periodically checked in with us to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed. We would certainly stay at this property again when we are in Charlotte and will recommend it and Erin to anyone. Thanks Erin!

Cozy Beautiful Home!

My stay here was nice and pleasant and exactly what I needed for my work trip. Erin was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was clean and it felt like a home away from home. If I was here with family or friends on vacation instead of a work trip, the space between bedrooms and kitchen/living room would have been perfect (everyone needs their alone time LOL). The only thing I would note is that garage is a tight squeeze to get into (I didn't trust myself to even try with the rental car), but the street parking wasn't an issue. The house is in a convenient location. Would stay here again!

The place was very immaculate and modern! The energy inside the property was just a really laid back, good vibes type of energy! The beds were comfy and the loft area was perfect for an evening cocktail around the firepit with friends!! Erin was Super helpful! Definitely will be booking again!

Fabulous

Checking in and out was very smooth and user friendly. The host was very receptive and quick to respond to any questions I had. The property was very clean. The property is located in a great area. It’s not far from Bank of America Stadium, it’s far enough for a quick Uber ride to downtown and at the same time allows you to skip the heavy traffic during events. My family will definitely be staying here again. Fabulous property
