✔ Booking Requirements: A government ID is required upon booking, and you must be 21 or older to book. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.

✔ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please respect these times to allow our turnover team to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs will incur a $125 fee.

✔ Parking Instructions: If you’ve arrived by car, please ensure your parking permit number is clearly displayed in your vehicle to avoid any towing issues. If your permit number is missing or not visible, or if you haven’t received one yet, please engage our Reluxme team, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees. Please also remember to park your vehicle in reverse.

✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.

✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $250 fee. Please provide vaccination records at the time of booking. Note that certain breeds are restricted, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.

✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people.

✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.

✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.

✔ No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees.

✔ Cleanliness: Additional fees up to $250 may apply if the unit is left in an unreasonable state.

✔ Items Not Returned: A $125 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys, fobs, and parking passes.

✔ Firearms/Weapons: No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in eviction and additional fees.

✔ Community Guidelines: This is a residential community, and respect for the space and common areas is required. Noise, unlawful activity, and disrespectful behavior will lead to forfeiture of your reservation and additional fines.

Discovering Charlotte

Beautifully maintained building with amazing rooftop views and Condo was very clean. Location is idea to explore all that Charlotte has to offer and it is a very walkable city. Suggestion would be to add a couple of comfortable chairs in the living and upgrade the outdoor furniture on the balcony. We would gladly stay here again.

Nice place & location - THEY WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE!

Overall the property and location were just what we were looking for. We very much enjoyed our stay AFTER a frustrating start. I'll explain: On the first night, our VEHICLE GOT TOWED from the parking garage and IT COST US $350 to recover it. While there was a fleeting chance for us to preclude this, the process was not communicated clearly. Details: -Vehicle fully registered prior to arrival in manager’s online system -Did not receive check-in instructions until well after arrival -Instructions stated that the manager would hand us a parking pass (he did not) -Manager sent VRBO-app message well after check-in with parking permit number to post on dash (message not received until too late). After towing, the manager was polite & eager to help, but did not offset fine and did not follow up after our stay, despite saying he would. Furthermore, manager claimed that he gave us verbal instructions regarding the pass, but neither I nor my wife recall hearing details about parking. It would have been simpler if he handed us the pass (or permit number), especially since he met us at the car. Other issues: Property was listed as being on the 17th floor; it was on the 3rd floor. Ice maker and water dispenser were broken. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the house when we arrived, and the wall mount was broken. The wine bottle opener was broken. The oven smoked excessively when we cooked a frozen pizza. Otherwise the experience was great!

Downtown Charlotte

This is a gorgeous property that has the perfect location if you are looking to do anything downtown. The beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the views are truly breath taking. The amenities are resort style and very high end. We appreciated meeting the owner at check in and him giving us the tour. At night the building got a little loud, especially on Friday and Saturday. But even with the noise we would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location

Outstanding property, location is 5-10 min walk from everything you need in downtown Charlotte. Communication was great even though we were being a little difficult because plans had changed. Definitely will look to stay again.
