Getting Around:

Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS):
With more than 70 local, express and regional routes, CATS buses provide more than 25 million passenger trips each year. Most operate from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. on weekdays, 6 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Saturdays and 6:30 a.m. to midnight on Sundays. $2.20 each way for local routes; $3 each way for express routes; $4.40 each way for regional express routes; children 5 and under ride free; seniors and youth grades K-12 ride for half fare with transit ID, Medicare card or valid school ID.

Sprinter Bus Service:
This hybrid-electric bus is an easy way to get from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to Center City, with stops in central locations. It runs every 20 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on nights and weekends. $2.20 each way.

Cabs:
Call Charlotte taxi companies like Crown Cab, Royal Cab and Yellow Cab Co. to hop from place to place with ease. Charlotte Douglas International Airport offers a flat fee ($25) to and from Uptown. Otherwise, average cab fares start at $2.50 and increase by $0.50 every ⅕ mile.

Ride-sharing Services:
Companies like Uber and Lyft, which use smartphone apps to match passengers with nearby independent drivers, operate throughout the Charlotte region. Drop-off and pick-up spots are based on your location, except at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, where the designated ride-sharing meeting area is on the arrivals/baggage claim level outside zone E.
Please adhere to the rules and guidelines listed below to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

✔ Booking Requirements: A government ID is required upon booking, and you must be 21 or older to book. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.

✔ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please respect these times to allow our turnover team to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs will incur a $125 fee.

✔ Parking Instructions: If you’ve arrived by car, please ensure your parking permit number is clearly displayed in your vehicle to avoid any towing issues. If your permit number is missing or not visible, or if you haven’t received one yet, please engage our Reluxme team, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees. Please also remember to park your vehicle in reverse.

✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.

✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $250 fee. Please provide vaccination records at the time of booking. Note that certain breeds are restricted, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.

✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $300 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people (1BR), 6 (2BR), 7 (3BR)

One of the best finds in Charlotte! Partial city view is gorgeous. Condo is immaculate. The BEDS ARE AMAZING! Concierge in the building is extremely helpful. Well worth the price. Chris communicated very well. My only complaint is there weren’t chairs on the balcony. We would definitely book again. And again. Everything in Charlotte is at your fingertips. Easy to access from 2-77.

I came here for a work trip and brought my family. The property lists that one of the rooms has a crib - but it was not there, luckily we had a back up. The property is nice and safe. The apartment itself was clean. However the towels smelled so we washed those. Ugh. You can tell this is just a corporate room as there’s many things that were missing, not enough plates and silverware for everyone. The coffee pot was missing from the coffee machine. We had to buy paper towels. The parking was a huge mess - the spots aren’t in numerical order, the host had reached out to concierge as there was vehicles in our spots. Concierge wasn’t helpful at all as the vehicles continued to stay in those spots and we never heard back from the host. We ended up talking to another resident who said people just park wherever because of how bad it is.The property was close to where we needed to be and was nice at the end of it.

The property was more than sufficient for the needs that we had but enjoyed being in downtown Charlotte. Look forward to going to Charlotte again and will look at some properties in the area. A little disappointed that we had property at the 17th floor and ended up with a different property at the last minute on the third floor in a different location. I understand that situations come up, however, a little concerned that it happened within 24 hours of our arrival. My disappointment was not with the accommodations and the professionalism of the property managers,. It was major holiday, and I sent the original link to nine family members and looked forward to that property. In the last minute, we needed to change locations with the incentive that it was a discounted rate based on the property and the size of the living area. We basically didn’t have a choice
