At the top of the steps, you'll find a fun sitting area - an ideal spot to catch a movie or for the kids to plug in their gaming devices.
As you head to the lower level, now the fun & competition begins! Enjoy the oversized couches to catch the game or get competitive yourself and play a game of Golden Tee, Foos ball, shuffleboard or a game of cards - fun and enjoyment for everyone! Also on the lower level, you'll find the 2nd primary with a full en-suite bath and a secondary kitchen area.
Once you open the lakeside door and head outside, enjoy the private hot tub or lounge around the firepit (expected to be completed by May 10th, 2026) - taking in views of beautiful Lake Norman! Ready to get on the water? Take the 30 second stroll to the water and launch the guest provided kayaks through the private lake front access......or if you prefer pool side relaxation and swimming, you'll have a short 2-minute walk to the seasonally available community pool which is also an ideal place to work on your tan with all of the poolside seating! The property includes a propane-based grill, corn hole boards and multiple kayaks.

- Please note that this community is a mix of waterfront and off water properties that is under construction - including the two homes to the immediate right of the property that are expected to be completed in the summer of 2026. Please expect construction vehicles and typical construction noise during normal working hours.
- The private slip dedicated to the property will be available for our July 2026 and future guests.
- This property does have exterior cameras intended to protect the home in periods of vacancy.
- Our guests will have access to all of the Lakeside Pointe amenities, including a seasonally available resort-style pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a gym that is available 24/7
- The outdoor patio area with hot tub and firepit is expected to be completed by May 10th, 2026
