Endless Sunset lives up to its name with unobstructed, sweeping sunset views over Lake Norman’s calm waters. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers a sprawling open layout, giving everyone room to gather or spread out. Three of the bedrooms, including the large primary suite, feature lake views to wake up to each morning.

The main living area flows seamlessly to a huge covered porch—perfect for outdoor dining, lounging with a book, or watching the sun dip below the horizon. Downstairs, a secondary living space with a second kitchen, foosball table, and lake access makes it easy for groups to enjoy different activities at once.

Step outside to your own lakeside playground: a sandy beach for wading, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a covered dock with boat slip and jet ski docks. ⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season (September - April), or if it's not a same day turnaround.
🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).
🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
