Great location to walk to town. Beds were so comfy I didn’t want to get out of it. Cozy sitting areas both inside and out. Quiet and loved hearing the train. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first experience using Vrbo and it was outstanding. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. The house was clean, neat and very comfortable. The distance from downtown Belmont is very close and the town is charming.

Love the close proximity to cute downtown and park. Inside is lovely. Outside needs a bit of soap and water and paint. And yikes! Later the same day as checkout, i realized i forgot to take out trash! So sorry! Everything was there for a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Belmont’s hidden jewel

Such a great house. Perfect location and in walking distance of downtown Belmont. You needed for nothing. Had amenities that we didn’t know we needed! Cozy and quiet. Management was quick to response and very accommodating to us. Will hopefully be back.

Well-appointed, clean, cozy home located in a great little neighborhood in walking distance of downtown Belmont. Home had all of the amenities you could as for and the host has really done a great job of making this a perfect place to stay. Very positive and convenient experience, well done!

Very comfortable place

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Easy to check in. Had all the necessities. It definitely served our purpose as well. We really enjoy the historic district of Belmont and this was within walking distance of most of that downtown area.

Beautiful Home

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in at VRBO. The house was in a great location for the Belmont area and you can walk to downtown Belmont. They thought of everything! The plugs for your phones are built into the lamps, so you don't have to go looking for the nearest outlet. There are plenty of towels and washcloths. We also found the front room to be a nice place to hang out. I would recommend this rental if you need to stay in the Belmont area.

We had a great time staying here! Very homey and comfortable home. Soft towels and everything we needed! Stayed with my 4 grand boys who enjoyed the big yard. Owners were very accomodating and it was very much appreciated.

Enjoyed the area.

It was great for a sibling retreat. Loved the little downtown Belmont. Nice home but really needed less of the smelly stuff in the house. It was a bit over powering.

Great stay!

The property was very clean and worked great for my family of 6. Only thing was the hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with all the showers. The owners were very responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again.

Restful respite and recovery in Belmont!

My sister had medical treatment at Charlotte and needed to stay in the area so her physical progress could be monitored. Our primary requirements for our stay were comfort and cleanliness. 108 Prince Street was the perfect place. And the town of Belmont is now on our list of favorite places!
