Guest Access
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's cabinet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood Overview
This Newly Renovated Home is located just north of the city, a few minutes from Camp North End AND Noda! The space is perfect for family or friend groups visiting Charlotte.
Located less than 5 minutes from center city, which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of North Charlotte! Renaissance Park is less than 5 minutes away, featuring ball fields, courts, lakeside meadow, disc golf, hiking, fishing, picnic areas, & playground. Also, the PNC Music Pavilion is only 20 minutes away and regularly hosts concerts and other events.


Getting Around
This home is nestled near the Druid Hills South neighborhood just minutes away from everything in the Uptown area. Drive to one of the many local restaurants and bars in Camp North End, Noda or Plaza Midwood. The light rail is less than 6 minutes away, hop on to quickly get around the city! Also plenty of Ubers are also available at this location.

Other Things to Note
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property for over 1 week, We reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance. Listed by MyTripify. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request. We only provide supplies to get you through 3-4 days. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Interaction with Guests
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Excessive Trash
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag.

We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Security Cam's
Tampering with or disabling the security camera(s) will result in a fine of $500.


Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Unapproved Guest Policy
An Unapproved Guest is any individual who is not listed on the reservation and has not been explicitly disclosed and approved by the host prior to check-in. This includes, but is not limited to:
Visitors who are not registered as overnight guests.
Additional occupants exceeding the maximum guest count stated in the listing.
Individuals accessing the property for gatherings, parties, or events without prior authorization.
For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional charges.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (2 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Internet Usage

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Perfect Location

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Short drive to downtown Charlotte and tons of cute restaurants, breweries, and fun things to do. The house was spacious and clean and comfortably housed 6 of us. Would highly recommend!

Fell short of Expectation

We recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The home, while charming with its older style, was in need of some serious upkeep and maintenance.Firstly, the backyard, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property, was overgrown and clearly hadn’t been mowed in a while. This made it impossible to enjoy any of the outdoor activities we had hoped for. Inside the house, the secondary bathroom was disappointing. The tub had stains, and the paint was peeling off the enamel, which gave it an unclean feel. Additionally, the shower head was visibly dirty, and the vents throughout the house appeared dusty, with the filter obviously needing a replacement.The bathrooms also lacked basic necessities. None of the bathrooms had a plunger or toilet brush, which would have been helpful to have just in case. While in the master bathroom shower, the shower rod and curtain actually fell down, which was frustrating during our stay.When it came to linens, the towels and some of the bed linens were dirty. We ended up having to swap out towels from other rooms, as those appeared much cleaner. The master bedroom had only blinds and no curtains, and despite being closed, the lights from the street made it very difficult to sleep, which made for a restless night.The living room furniture was in dire need of a good cleaning, and the rug in one of the secondary rooms had stains and looked quite worn. This property was comfortable, clean, and nice for our family visit to Charlotte. We enjoyed a beautiful weather weekend and time spent together in the spacious backyard. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Lovely home neighborhood ok

The home itself was remodeled well. The house was clean and comfortable and very well done. The bed was comfortable. The linens were clean and fresh. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We drove by businesses and homes with bars on windows and doors to get there. It felt a bit unsafe. There seemed to be many rules that resulted in fees if not followed. We didn't like that you could only have the people that were staying there period. Our son lives close by and we couldn't have him come since he wasn't staying in the home. So we could only go to his house to visit. So we can't book this one again because we would want him to be able to come and watch TV or something with us. They allow pets but the fees seemed a bit high for dogs under 10 pounds so we didn't bring them. We didn't use the backyard or any of the amenities noted. The backyard was big and fenced in. The part of town was not the most desirable in Charlotte.

Family Fun and Smiles Galore!

The house is absolutely beautiful with comfortable beds and tons of things to do as a family. The mini golf in the backyard was a daily staple. Closely located to tons of sights to see. DoorDash options in the surrounding area were vast and delicious. Would 100% stay here again.
