Comfortable and safe

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was incredibly peaceful, safe, and spotless. The accommodations were very comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and prompt. I especially enjoyed the amenities— the pool, fireplaces, and gym were all fantastic additions that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and pleasant getaway!

This property is a joke! It is not a luxury apartment. There were several maintenance issues. The property manager was so unhelpful and the unit had a smell that covered up the smell of smoke.

I had the most amazing stay this time! The apartment was wonderful! Everything was provided like toothbrushes, small towels, large towels, kitchen was fully equipped especially the coffee machine! It’s spacious and I didn’t want to leave. If I’m there again I’ll definitely choose the same spot!! Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!!

Beautiful grounds! Great neighborhood

The property was very clean, looked like pictures online. The bed was not comfortable at all, other than that it was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the mall. All the neighbors were very friendly. The property manager got back to us promptly with any and all questions we had. I would give this property a 4.8 out of 5. If the bed was not sagging in the middle I would give it a 5 out of 5

Everything was absolutely perfect except for only having 4 washcloths for 3 people which meant having to do laundry every single day. A bath towel could be used a couple of times but a washcloth
no. Could have used more. Pool towels would have been great too.

Shopton Comfort

Great stay, would most definitely stay again, I’ll say the only downside is that the location is a full 20 minutes from downtown. That was a bomber for us as we had events in Uptown. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It seems to be a brand new complex and the pool area is beautiful. It’s close to grocery stores, pharmacies and a ton of restaurants which are all within walking distance. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but what sofa bed isn’t. The kitchen was well stocked and they provide coffee. All in all a great stay, convenient for any needs you may have and very clean. Good job.!!!!

Location and facility are awesome to say the least. But they can improve with their cleanliness, extra lining looked like bit was not washed and the sofa bed was very dirty, crumbs and flowers petals from previous guess. No dishwasher tablets and were missing a dustpan to sweep. The bathroom sink did not drained well so the facility dropped off a bottle of draino the following day. Overall amazing apartment and location is superb. But they can improve in their cleaning standards.

A Delightful Stay

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our 4 week stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. The location was great, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was located in a safe area, it was clean and comfortable. The apartment was very homey and the decor made it feel more like a home than a rental. Unbeknownst to us, we were across from the outlet mall which was perfect for Black Friday shopping; we walked there â˜ș The complex was clean and there was plenary of parking.

Everything was as described. It was clean, comfortable, with an amazing kitchen. We could not always find a parking space in the gated area, but there was other parking available nearby. Host was responsive to my questions. I highly recommend!
