Welcome to Lakeshore Lookout! Welcoming our first guests in early 2025 - book this amazing house with long range Lake Norman views, pool and hot tub, fire pit and many great interior amenities including pool table, ping pong table, SMART TVs and much more!

The moment you walk in the front door you will immediately take in the amazing Lake Norman views through the wall of lakeside windows. On the main floor you will find great open flow between the kitchen, dining and living room areas with plenty of seating for that large family meal!

On the lower level, it is all about entertaining & competition! Movie night? Check out the theatre room that has an ideal set-up! Game time? Turn on the game in the background while you challenge your family and friends at ping pong, pool or maybe a card game?

As you head outside, it is an entertainers dream. Flexible seating on both levels including a large sitting area near the pool and hot tub area. Ready to head out on the water? Tie your boat up to the private dock (or contact us if you'd like to rent a pontoon and have it delivered to the dock!) or take out one of the included with the property kayaks or paddleboards.

This home includes other great amenities including a lakeside fire pit, both a flat top and traditional propane based grill, corn hole boards and much more - come be our guest!

Please Note: Both the interior and exterior fireplaces are not available for guest use.

Interested in renting a pontoon boat during your stay? Contact us for details as our partner will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient! Multiple day rental will be required, length varies depending on time of year.

Lakeshore Lookout has 5 rooms with beds available for guest use and is on a private well and 3 bedroom septic system.

Pool is heated to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th of each year and included in the nightly rate - please contact us for costs to heat during the off-season as may be available as an exception. Hot tub is available and heated year round.
