Inside, there are three large open-concept floors to choose from. The heart of this home is the sprawling open-concept kitchen and living area, where natural light floods through expansive windows and illuminates beautiful lakeside views. A chef's dream, the kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, making it the perfect space for culinary creations and gatherings with loved ones. The kitchen will work for all coffee enthusiast with a drip and k-cup coffee makers. For those looking to work on their vacation, a private workspace is tucked away, offering a peaceful environment for productivity.

Of the three levels there are multiple sleeping options to choose. The main floor has 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms. The Main floor also has a bunk room with two sets of triple bunks built in. Each bunk has its own TV with headphones, this will keep the kids entertained for sure. Upstairs, discover our Lodge Suite with a full bathroom, king bed, 2 custom-designed full size cubby beds, and the nursery, which also has a twin bed and still plenty of space to spare. The Lower Level has one more bedroom with a queen bed this bedroom uses the shared hall bathroom.

Once you have picked the perfect sleeping space, head downstairs to the game room to fire up the PlayStation 5 or enjoy a round of pool and poker. Looking for a quiet afternoon in? Grab everyone, several bowls of popcorn, and head down to the movie theater to watch one of your favorites. Don't worry about waking the baby because they are sleeping sweetly in their nursery on the 3rd floor.

This lakefront oasis includes an extensive outdoor living space to enjoy lakeside comfort year-round. In a quiet cove off the main channel, you could spend hours gliding around on paddleboards, exploring on our kayak, or just enjoying a float. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat must be reserved for the entire stay or for a minimum of two days.
- House has 2 Kayaks and one SUP.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
- Home accommodates up to 21 adults in provided beds, plus 2 infants (1 crib and 1 pack-and-play included).
- Please note the waterslide will not be operated during winter months.

- The gravel driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars.
- Driveway parking only. No parking is allowed in the grass or on the street.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
