This listing is for our entire duplex building, both units which make up a 4BR/2.5 bath and a 3BR/2.5 bath on the other side, 7 bedrooms in total that sleep 14 comfortably with plenty of parking! This is where relaxation meets playtime. Whether you’re here for a chill weekend or an epic adventure, we’ve got the perfect pad for you and your crew.



We are only a short walk to get to Charlotte's light rail station with direct access to Uptown, an 8 min drive to either SouthPark Mall or Carolina Place mall. Plus we're only a 4 min drive from the interstate for quick access to all things Charlotte!



The Space:

What Makes Our Home a Blast:



Comfy & Quirky Bedrooms: Seven fabulously fun bedrooms, each with its own personality. Sleep like a baby (or at least like someone who doesn’t have one waking them up at 2 AM).



Kid-Approved Fun: Our house is basically a playground with walls! We’ve stocked it with games and activities to keep the kiddos (and let’s be honest, the grown-ups) entertained for hours.



Bathrooms that Wow: With 4 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, there’s no need to fight over who gets to shower first. Plus, they’re updated and fancy, just like you.



Epic Private Decks: Our rear decks are perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening dinners. It’s your own little outdoor paradise—complete with birds chirping, sun shining, and maybe a squirrel or two.



Kitchen with All the Fixins’: Whip up a feast in our fully equipped kitchen. Or, you know, just stare at the appliances while you order takeout—we don’t judge.



Entertainment Central: The living room is where the magic happens—smart TVs, comfy seating, and all around coziness.



Guest Access:

There are keypads on each of the two unit's front doors for separate access to both sides

Parties and gatherings above the posted occupancy are not allowed. Please keep outside noise respectful. Any damage from intentional actions is the guest's responsibility.
