LOCATION:
The house is located in an established neighborhood in Troutman, NC, and is a short drive to everything youâll need and the fun things your family will want to see while visiting Lake Norman, including fantastic restaurant options, craft breweries, shopping. It is approximately 4 miles to the Lake Norman State Park and is approximately 45 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT & GUEST POLICY:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of your reserved dates.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book our vacation rentals, no exception.
No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.
CLEANING:
The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee for the cleaning following your check-out.
