✹ Our private 3 bed/1.5 bath is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located 4 miles away from Uptown Charlotte and 3 miles away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport! This home is perfect for game days, concerts, and other events in Uptown Charlotte. We also welcome longer stays for guests who may be waiting on a home to be completed, are relocating to the area, or are in town for work/school (just send us an inquiry and we can discuss accommodations). We can’t wait to host you! ✹

We know you will love your stay in this private home! Wifi provided (370 Mbps). Towels and bed sheets are provided. There is an onsite washer and dryer available. The driveway fits 3 cars (free street parking if needed). Read more about each space and included amenities below:

The property is clean and well-organized. The rooms are large, and the hardwood floors are beautiful. The driveway is level and easy to park on. When we contacted the property owner to ask a question, he responded immediately and was very helpful.

I home was nice & clean. The neighborhood was a bit skeptical judging by appearance. Overall it was quiet. I would recommend this home it is convenient to uptown, the panthers stadium & shopping.

Quick trip

This property was just what we were looking for. Less than 5 miles to Downtown or the Airport. We were in town for just one night to catch a ball game. It worked out fine. I would stay again and recommend especially if hotels aren't your thing.

Total misrepresentation on the listing. Location is terrible and it’s understandable why they didn't publish pics on the exterior. Neighborhood is very rough. Guy next door laying on the hood of his car. We were afraid to get out of our car. Asking for refund from home owner.

Comfortable and Well-Appointed Home

The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was nicely decorated and well-appointment. This was a perfect rest stop on our way to Virgnia to drop our daughter off at college. Kitchen and living room had plenty of space. Bedrooms were relaxing and there was one full bathroom and one half-bath. Instructions for check-in and check-out were sent well in advance. We will definitely stay here again.
