Évadez-vous dans cette charmante maison au bord du lac mise Ă  jour qui est situĂ©e dans une crique calme, ouverte et profonde, mais Ă  seulement 5 minutes des principaux magasins, restaurants et nombreux types de divertissement. Il est Ă©galement Ă  5 minutes des restaurants en bateau. La zone sans sillage rend la baignade plus sĂ»re depuis le quai et la jetĂ©e, mais Ă  seulement 150 mĂštres du ski et du jet ski. Emplacement! Consultez la carte et c'est Ă  proximitĂ© de, enfin, presque tout. Cette maison au bord du lac joliment amĂ©nagĂ©e a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une semaine de dĂ©tente au lac Norman, tout en se sentant proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s.

Les caractéristiques de cuisine mises à jour comprennent des comptoirs en granit, des bois durs de 5 pi et des appareils encastrés. Il y a des coins repas dans la cuisine et à l'extérieur du pont supérieur. Une chambre est isolée comme une suite avec un wet-bar et un petit réfrigérateur. Il dispose de l'une des deux douches à l'italienne de la maison.

Profitez du soleil du matin ou exercez vos options d'ombre en profitant d'un certain nombre de coins salons pour le café et les visites. Du pont supérieur partiellement ombragé surplombant le lac au pont inférieur ombragé avec des chaises à bascule et une balançoire, vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la vue magnifique sur le lac Norman. De la zone ensoleillée du foyer au bord du lac au quai et à la jetée pratiques et spacieux, le soleil est abondant. Le soleil commence à se retirer en fin d'aprÚs-midi afin que vous puissiez profiter d'une soirée paisible en admirant le lac. Retournez dans la zone du foyer aprÚs le dßner pour profiter des s'mores ou construisez un feu confortable à l'intérieur dans la grande cheminée à bois.

You can stop looking, this is an incredible place to stay! The house is beautiful, and it has a ton of different hang out areas depending on what you want to do. The completely enclosed screen back deck is perfect. Our boys spent hours just jumping from all areas of the dock and loved exploring. Great little cove to swim, float or explore on the water toys. You feel tucked away and on vacation, but it is just minutes away from grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and really anything you would need. Cannot recommend this place more, and hope to be back in the future!

Summer Fun

We loved our stay at the “Duck Cove”!! My family had such a wonderful time. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The dock for sunbathing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing during the day. S’mores by the fire at night and relaxing and reading on the screened in porch!! Paul was excellent at communicating and responded quickly when I had a question. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Great Spot on Lake Norman

The house was clean and comfortable and a great spot to spend a few days on the lake. The screened in patio was the perfect place to relax when not jumping off the dock to swim in the lake. Great communication from the owners as well!

Beautiful home

This is a lovely, convenient home with many amenities. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We had 6 adults but it would be great for families too. Very nice neighborhood and quiet cove where boaters respect the no-wake zone. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch for meals.

A wonderful lake vacation

House was located in a great location on the lake with shade from the afternoon sun to enjoy dock for swimming and large screen porch for relaxing and dining. Home is well-kept and felt like you were enjoying a friend's lake home not a rental. Loved everything about this home. The owners were wonderful. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Love this property!

This is a perfect property to get away and enjoy the lake with family and friends. We have rented this home several times and always have a great stay. Lots of space for everyone, well appointed kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the screen porch and lower porch are awesome! Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner’s are easy to work with. Very nice

Location was great, house was nice and had plenty of room for all 8 of us. But the outdoor areas were the best!!! We spent 90% of the time either on the screened in porch or by the water when we weren’t boating.

Paradise on Lake Norman

Our family of 7 (ranging in age from 12 to 74) stayed here in July, 2019. The house is perfectly situated in a quiet cove with a no-wake zone, and the house is just as it looks online. The outdoor area is amazing, with two seating areas on the deck, a seating area with swing under the deck, a seating area around the fire pit, and then a seating area on the dock. My favorite hang-out spot was the wonderful hammock that was in the shade all day. Indoors, our family was able to sit at the large table in the kitchen or hang out in the den with no space issues. The four bedrooms were nice and spacious, and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets, etc. We really appreciated having 3 full baths for our family, too. The kitchen was huge and had everything you could need for equipment (toaster, toaster oven, blender, waffle iron, etc!), and there were plenty of a variety of dishes. We were so happy that there was a seating area near the kitchen for our parents to sit and relax where they could watch us cook or watch us play outdoors. And we did play outdoors quite a bit! This house provides 2 kayaks and some noodles and boogie boards for water play. We also enjoyed the games provided, including corn hole (outside) and chess inside. The home was lovely, with an amazing view from the den/kitchen and deck, and the pictures of the family around the house made it feel like a home. We really appreciated that the owners provided lots of toilet paper, paper towels, and shampoo and body wash. The washer and dryer also came in handy. We cannot say enough about this wonderful home, its location, and its amenities. We hope to be back again!!!

Great house

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, living area was nice and open, house was clean and felt comfortable. Books and games provided for entertainment. Outside dock was spacious and the firpit provided a shady place to sit while still being a part of the action on the lake. No wake provides a safe place for kids to swim and play in the water, yet it’s nice to be so close to main channel for boating. Owners were very helpful and left great directions for an enjoyable visit. Bathrooms need updating, although they were fine. Vent fans and extra lighting would be an improvement. There were a few beach towels, but not many. Kitchen could use more than one skillet and some spices other than just salt and pepper.
