- An additional charge will be applied for lost or damaged towels and linens.
- Pets are welcome for 80$ per pet per stay. Once per fee is paid is not refundable.

"We may ask you for a deposit if: your review count is lower than 5; if you have received poor reviews from other hosts; if you have no reviews at all and are staying with more than 4 people; or if you are under the age of 25.
