The Space:

This private one-bedroom residence offers a well-balanced layout that feels both comfortable and intentional. The bedroom features a king bed, while the living room provides ample seating along with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Large windows and thoughtfully selected furnishings create a relaxed, residential atmosphere rather than a typical short-term rental.



Please note: You are reserving one private condo within a four-unit building. All residences share the same layout and amenities, though décor may vary slightly from unit to unit.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everyday essentials for preparing meals at home. A private porch extends the living space, offering a quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.



Parking

Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as parking is city-regulated and not reserved.



HVAC

This unit may be heated and cooled by radiators and window units instead of central air.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
