There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
ă NO UNREGISTERED GUESTSă
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
â€A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
ă SECURITY CAMERA ă
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
ă CHECK-OUT TIMES ă
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
â€$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
ă GARBAGE ă
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor.
ă LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS ă
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
ă LIGHTS ă
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
ă SHOESă
Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.

By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
