It is a beautifully furnished family DUPLEX home is a classic but very well-maintained home, with two stories, a family deck with an outdoor seating area, a garage, and a spacious side yard for your lovely pet. To enter the home we provide an Electronic lock so you have a keyless experience and easy in and out of the house. 5 minutes from Bank of America Stadium, easy access to 2-77 highway to go anywhere in town, perfectly located nearby all the restaurants, businesses, and entertainment of uptown charlotte and main business.

The home has hardwood floors throughout and features custom design elements that make this a one-of-a-kind space. The downstairs features a full kitchen with Keurig Brand Coffee Maker fully equipped to make your delicious coffee in the morning before going off to your next destination, well-maintained countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a microwave. The spacious living room features brand new furnishings, plenty of seating, and a large 4k SmartTV for all your entertainment needs. There is also a separate dining room downstairs, with an elegant banquet-style table with room enough for everyone up to 6. The half bath is located downstairs as well.

The upstairs portion houses all three bedrooms. Each bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen bed, closet and drawer space, and their own TV's for a late-night movie. Brand new clean linens are provided. The full bathroom is upstairs and features a bathtub/shower. The house has multiple areas outdoors for getting some fresh air - the sweeping back deck is the perfect blend of inside and out. The parking is in the back garage + driveway, so parking is included. There is a washer and dryer in the home.

House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases.
