With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We loved this cute little place. We were four women, and it worked out great for us. Location was perfect. We didn’t need to rent a car, just took Uber’s all around the city. Coffee shop and Italian restaurant down the street were very convenient and delicious. The place was very comfy and clean. One thing to note is the stairs because the unit was on the second floor. They were a little challenging for the older travelers.

Nice apartment and very comfortable beds. Loved the neighborhood - quiet but with some restaurants within walking distance and King Street was easy to walk to as well. Was perfect for three of us!

This place is a lot smaller than it looks. It was tight for our family of 5- all the spaces- the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are all very small. The second bathroom is smaller than a closet and barely fits a person to use it. It has also been remodeled from what seems to be a very old house. The steps leading up to the place are steep and rickety, and the floors slant, so it doesn’t feel like you are standing on solid ground. It was odd. We were there for just a night but I would not have wanted to stay longer than that. Interior design, remodel was very nice though- would give that 5 stars. Location was also very convenient. Might have been more suitable for two people.

We had the absolute best stay at this adorable boho-chic Vrbo! It was exactly what we needed for a fun-filled bachelorette weekend with my girls. The space was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had such a great vibe that made it perfect for relaxing, getting ready together, and making memories.One of the best parts was the location — there were so many fun restaurants and cute shops within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and added to the whole experience.Any concerns that we had, the responses were very quick and accommodating. If you’re planning a girls’ trip, bachelorette weekend, or just want a stylish and comfortable place to stay, I can’t recommend this spot enough. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We walked everywhere. There were restaurants within a couple blocks from the apartment. It took about 15 minutes to get to King St where there were multiple restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was perfect for us. They have a gravel lot with plenty of parking. For this particular unit there was a steep narrow staircase that led to the door which had a keyless entry. This was so nice. The unit was clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of four which includes two teenagers. There were two bathrooms with showers and everyone had their own bed. It was nice having the living room with a television which offered another area so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The beds were so comfortable and I appreciated that they had basic toiletries in case you forgot something. Another bonus was the complimentary coffee they had. We had to leave early one morning before any of the local coffee shops were open so this was a very nice touch for us. You will notice the house is very old like most in Charleston, because of that the building is not perfectly leveled. This did not bother us, we knew we were staying in a historic location built on a swamp. As you walk the streets of Charleston you can see how the ground and buildings shift, it’s part of the experience. The property managers were 5 star communicators. There instructions/information were extremely detailed. They were constantly checking in with us
