The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy.



The Space:

The 'Palmetto Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with a tropical setting.



The Palmetto Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 3 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

Great stay overall for a our quick night in Charleston. The Hosts/Property Mgmt company was very accommodating and detailed on check in instructions, check out instructions, etc. Nice, quick, easy walk to King St and back. Great bagel place around the corner from the property for breakfast.

Overall a great stay at this location. The house was beautiful and perfect for a larger group. It was right near downtown which made it very walkable. I would highly recommend this house. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location and Cozy Spot

Looking for a place to park your car and enjoy the Holy City, this is your place! With a bakery and little eateries and bars within a couple of blocks and King Street just a 15-20 minute walk, this was the perfect spot for our group of 10!

Perfect Large Group Stay

We had a great time staying at the Palmetto Villa. The rooms all have a bathroom attached, so it was perfect for our group of 11 girls. The location is a short walk to King Street and there is plenty of places to go to nearby. The place was clean and I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We loved staying here for a bachelorette trip! The location is perfect, so close to all the restaurants and bars. We had an issue with the AC, but the property managers were so responsive and sent someone out within an hour of calling. Would definitely stay again!

Full of light!

Really nice property, very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is 3 floors so keep that in mind. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has all basic supplies. There were 12 of us ranging from 11 to 8 years old and we fit perfectly well. It’s location is really good, nice bagel shop down the street and walking distance to King St.

Very disappointed in the living room furniture. Mismatch, stained, sitting very low to flood. Will not recommend this unit. I will say kitchen and baths nicely furnished but we were mainly in The living room. Also mirror hung on wall fell off as granddaughter was walking past. No injuries.

For a group of 10 women the Palmetto was the perfect rental. The hosts were extremely attentive to any requests we made and the place could not have been nicer. The Palmetto is very new and everything was very fresh and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, too. It is also within walking distance to downtown Charleston.

Stayed at the Palmetto Palm for 3 nights for a birthday girls trip. The property was amazing! The cleanliness, the hospitality (shot out to Kate), the spa like bathrooms…I could go on and on. Simply put. We will be back and we are staying here!

Great property!! Ice maker was a huge plus!! Only small suggestion is adding tissues in the bathroom and another frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise very well appointed! Appreciated the heads up about the air conditioner. The workers were very nice. Also loved having 2 private parking spots.
