The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy.



The Space:

The 'Palmetto Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.



The Palmetto Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 14 guests between 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

Great stay overall for a our quick night in Charleston. The Hosts/Property Mgmt company was very accommodating and detailed on check in instructions, check out instructions, etc. Nice, quick, easy walk to King St and back. Great bagel place around the corner from the property for breakfast.

Very disappointed in the living room furniture. Mismatch, stained, sitting very low to flood. Will not recommend this unit. I will say kitchen and baths nicely furnished but we were mainly in The living room. Also mirror hung on wall fell off as granddaughter was walking past. No injuries.

We had a wonderful trip. This place was super clean and had everything we needed to make our trip spectacular. The property manager responds quickly making sure all questions are answered immediately. Highly recommend!!

Full of light!

Really nice property, very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is 3 floors so keep that in mind. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has all basic supplies. There were 12 of us ranging from 11 to 8 years old and we fit perfectly well. It’s location is really good, nice bagel shop down the street and walking distance to King St.

We were impressed with the amount of forethought into what would be needed at this VRBO. They provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, as well as dish soap, detergent pods, and ear plugs for bedrooms that were adjacent to noisy air conditioners. There was also double washers and dryers which you never see! Plenty of seating in the kitchen. A dedicated ice maker was also in the kitchen which came in handy for hot days. Each bedroom had a bathroom and shower which helped speed along everyone getting ready each day. The main floor was all cement flooring. I found it cold and hard. The stairs were very steep and would be difficult for anyone who is handicap or older in age. There was dedicated parking outside but you had to back out of the lot onto a street, so that was a plus and yet a minus. Overall it accommodates large groups well. It’s location is close enough to downtown Charlestown and we were able to get to the beach and areas for dining and shopping easily. There were two great places to eat breakfast within a one minute walk. Would highly recommend both Holley City bagels and the Coop.

Great property!! Ice maker was a huge plus!! Only small suggestion is adding tissues in the bathroom and another frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise very well appointed! Appreciated the heads up about the air conditioner. The workers were very nice. Also loved having 2 private parking spots.

Great Location and Cozy Spot

Looking for a place to park your car and enjoy the Holy City, this is your place! With a bakery and little eateries and bars within a couple of blocks and King Street just a 15-20 minute walk, this was the perfect spot for our group of 10!

Wonderful week in Charleston

We had such a wonderful week! The place was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! In walking distance to everything. The management staff was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would have wanted would be a tad larger living space with more seating. Other than that it was perfect!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We loved staying here for a bachelorette trip! The location is perfect, so close to all the restaurants and bars. We had an issue with the AC, but the property managers were so responsive and sent someone out within an hour of calling. Would definitely stay again!
