The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy.



The Space:

The 'Queen Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.



The Queen Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 3 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pet maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

Great place to stay …5 women so having 5 bedrooms all with separate bathrooms was great. Management was very responsive with any questions and communication. Kitchen was fully stocked even though we only used it for coffee and breakfast. Great location and we walked everywhere… only a few blocks off of King Street. We stayed 4 nights & thoroughly enjoyed Charleston!

Perfect spot for a bachelorette

Absolutely beautiful spot and location for my sisters bachelorette! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and there was a bathroom in every room which is huge for this many girls. Location was so close to many cute bagel and other delicious dine in spots. So happy with our stay.

Summer vacation

Great place for our large group! It was spacious, clean and management was very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants. This was our first trip to Charleston and the hospitality was fantastic! 5 stars!

Perfect downtown location for families & friends exploring Charleston(SC). with food and shopping area within 3-5 miles and all attractions. For family of 14 with 3 cars you will get two parking spots you will need to look for any additional vehicles parking unless you got lucky and other spots in the property are vacant.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room and space for everyone in our party. Loved having a room on the main floor for grandparents. Everything was in walking distance. The parking was a little tight for a large SUV but worked with the rental property and they recommended another spot that worked better that wasn’t being used during our stay. Would definitely stay again

Great for groups

This property was great for our group of friends because we were each able to have our own bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms. Location was ideal. Only downfall was the acoustics. Due to the very open main room it was sometimes difficult to hear each other and easy to hear the neighbors! Not a deal breaker by any means but worth noting.

Prime location in the heart of downtown Charleston with an ample amount of space for 14 people. Well kept property with up to date interior, other guests of neighboring townhomes were respectful and overall quiet. Only cons I have would be parking and if you have more than 12 people, the other two would need to sleep on the pullout sofa in the living room. Parking option is to be expected in the area. You only get two free parking passes on/near the property, any other vehicles must park in the nearby parking decks which can get expensive. Overall our group had a blast and we would book here again.
