The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

At night all the lights from outside shined thru! Maybe black out shades so it will be dark and there was a terrible sewer odor that would Come and Go from End of hall bathroom. It was very clean and cozy and perfect location for us!!

This is a perfect place to stay, close to everything, off street parking, the house is stocked with necessities, it is clean with big comfy beds and a great balcony. We could not have asked for more. Will look into staying again anytime we return.

The home was creatively decorated and filled with the needed essentials such as nice toiletries and a great washer and dryer. We liked the large balcony and convenience of walkability to several fantastic restaurants such as Chubby Fish, Vern’s, and Beautiful South. Our dog wished that there had been some near bye parks. Overall, I definitely recommend booking this downtown gem.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic apartment near King Street. It was very cold the week we were there but the Jessamine had everything we needed to stay cozy and comfortable. If it were warmer we would have definitely made use of the cute balcony space. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Excellent location - walkable to many experiences. Hosts provided excellent dining recommendations ahead of our visit, many of which were just a block away. Easy and secure access to the apartment. The apartment itself was very cute and exactly what we needed for our group. The location was a little noisy at night with people leaving the bars and being loud in the streets at all hours of the night, and having single pane windows. Such a cute, cute, cute downtown apartment. All 3 bedrooms had a king and were comfy. We were in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and then loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and late evenings. Quiet at night, but a busy street in the daytime. Would have liked better window shades for privacy as the next door apartments were within feet and could see in with the current window treatments

Great location to upper King St.

Great area with lots all around. Very comfortable beds! Only problem was parking. I understand it's hard to control. But 9 out of 10 times someone was in our assigned spot. I did not take the time to report the annoyance beyond the first night as we were busy enjoying ourselves. Thankfully street parking was mostly available right outside the unit.
