Thoughtfully renovated in September 2025, every detail from the fresh paint and plush linens to the new mattresses was designed for comfort and style.

This beautifully restored three-story Charleston home features two porches, two living areas, two kitchens, and a unique speakeasy-style bar, offering plenty of space to relax, gather, and experience the city's timeless character. Plus, enjoy access to a newly built shared gym and sauna just 0.4 miles away (about a 10-minute walk).

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 10am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The Inn was fantastic for our group of 10. The rooms were generously appointed and beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the porches and communal space to visit and catch up. Awesome location walkable to many shops and restaurants. We all loved the Inn and will be back! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Exceptional historic property, we really enjoyed our stay. The sitting areas and front porch were perfect for hanging out with our friends, the bedrooms were nice in size and very comfortable and it was fantastic having two kitchen areas to house all of our snacks and drinks for the long weekend. A great place in a great neighborhood. A few blocks from King St. where you can find restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The house is beautiful, comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. Recommend sitting on the porch to enjoy a breezy evening. We had a really enjoyable stay and planning to rent this house again when we come back for a longer stay.

Everything about this home was great. The house had lots of Charleston charm, with its wonderful front porches. It was very clean and had great amenities, including coffee pods, toiletries, hair dryers. We were a group of six friends, and we each had our own room. We loved gathering around the kitchen table or sitting in the living room to chat. Great walking distance to restaurants and downtown activities. We definitely would love to stay here again.

We loved the house and it had just the right amount of room for our party of 5, allowing us all to spread out. We loved that there were king beds in most of the rooms! The location was great - so close to King Street and all the shopping, restaurants, and tourist activities we wanted to experience. Even though the weather was a bit cooler, we were still able to enjoy time on the porch as well. The house was very charming and exactly what we expected an older Charleston home to feel like. We loved having coffee shops and restaurants just a few blocks away and/or right across the street and took advantage of those all week long. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the city of Charleston.

This house is huge, has been upgraded but has a lot of character. The beds were clean and comfortable and our group of 10 enjoyed ourselves and the neighborhood. The location was perfect for walking around for coffee, shopping, and restaurants.
