The Space: This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit in a home is professionally designed under one roof. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, cabinets and all the dishes and glasses guests need along with cooking items. The living room has a dining table that can seat 4-6 guests, a Queen size pull-out sofa and flat-screen 4KTV. The unit has four bedrooms, one King bed, two Queen beds, a bunk room with a double bed/twin bed combo, all with luxury linens and flat-screen TVs. The four full bathrooms feature custom tile, stall showers, luxury towels and hotel style toiletries. There is a wonderful porch with seating and a private, walled backyard with beautiful landscaping. We are two blocks to King Street! Guests can enjoy complimentary Cable & WIFI along with complimentary concierge services.
Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd floor unit of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

Beautiful home near King St.

The Gemstone B was amazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for time with friends or family in Charlton. It is the second story of the house so it was nice that no one is above you. The host/management company was incredible at providing round the clock assistance, and it ended up we really didn't need anything because the place was so well stocked! Plenty of toiletries, towels, kitchenware etc. The walk to King St. took less than 5 minutes and there was even a cute bagel shop open for breakfast every morning right on the corner. I would definitely recommend this house for families or groups of friends that want to be in walking distance of the downtown food, shops and action.

Exceeded expectations

Myself and 8 friends stayed here for 3 nights in early July. This VRBO listing went above and beyond what we ever could have asked for. The on-premise parking was private and secure. Each room had its own thermostat and well-equipped bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked. The family room space had adequate seating and a spectacular tv. The 2nd floor patio was a perfect Charleston touch. Highly recommend. My only complaint would be that the wifi was not reliable. That being said, the rental agency was extremely responsive and helpful in trying to fix the problem, the only reason it wasn't fixed was a general apathy/distractedness on our part.

Clean comfortable property with excellent location.

We recommend this property as it was clean and well located. The only downsides was parking was limited (1 Space for a unit that sleeps 8-10) and 1 air conditioning unit didn't seem to work, but overall we enjoyed this property and Charleston.
