This one-of-a-kind property features four private apartments spread across two floors — each with its own entrance, queen-sized bed, private full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. It’s perfect for groups of couples or friends who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

Two of the units are traditional apartment-style setups, offering spacious living areas and full kitchens ideal for longer stays or cozy nights in. The other two are studio-style suites, each with a comfortable living room and compact kitchen, providing everything you need for a convenient and stylish stay.

You’ll be just steps from the energy of King Street, surrounded by Charleston’s best restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife. While the area can get lively at night — especially on weekends — we’ve added sound-deadening window inserts throughout to help reduce noise and ensure a more peaceful rest. 🎶🍸

Parking is available just behind the property at the nearby hotel’s public garage. Please note that we do not own or operate this garage and are not responsible for parking rates or policies.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
